The sites we saw were wonderful, Margaux the tour guide was fantastic! What was really awful was the constant changing of buses and people! Absolutely no continuity and the bus we would be moved to would already have passengers that would not make room - it made us lose time at sites plus just an unpleasant experience! We visited the chateaux Chambord - one of the largest chateaux in Europe and were given one hour! No one was able to go inside, all the shops were closed - VERY POOR planning! There were no less than two languages spoken and a couple of days there were five! It was supposed to be an English tour but the English interpreter was given the least amount of time to explain things so it was usually quite chaotic when disembarking! Accommodation and food were quite adequate. We have used other tour groups and had fantastic tours, we would not use europomundo again!Show more

Our guides provide the same information in all languages; however, English tends to be more concise than Spanish, which may give the impression that the explanations are shorter. Our experience was nonexistent, felt like we were just space fillers. The lack of quality English speaker guides made us feel left out. There was a passenger who spoke Spanish and English and would tell us what was happening. Then the other passengers would shush him. We then got Carmen Patricia which tried her best to keep us informed as to what was being said during our trips. She also came on some excursions with us. Patricia is definitely someone who could teach the others how to make your guest feel included. Overall I took this tour to see different parts of these destinations, saw some places I wouldn’t have thought of doing but didn’t feel like we seen what each city had to offer. Never really knew where I was. We would arrive to our hotels so late that everything would be closed and we would have time to grab some dinner and then bed as we boarded the bus so early. The English speakers were always left for last to receive keys to rooms. This should have been handed out randomly not last, making us feel not included.Show more

  Is it possible for me to leave the tour on September 26th. I plan on taking the train from Barcelona to Madrid at 2 pm, arriving in Madrid at 5 pm. Could I participate in the morning part of the tour of Barcelona on September 26th and then have them leave me close to the train station.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
