And finally, on the third day, we were supposed to visit a town dedicated to champagne etc... and nothing, supposedly because it was closed on Sunday. This is neither serious nor professional. - CSChristine· November 28th, 2025The tour I selected was very good! This company really specializes in more self-guided or free time visits to key places rather than a fully guided tour. This is fine as the price reflects the type of tours they offer. The tour has people coming and going at different stops but this is not an issue and is well organized. The only let down on my particular tour was the hotel in Strasbourg was substandard, like a boarding house (albeit it was clean) and yet the other two hotels on the tour were really great and better than I expected. The bus was very good and the bus driver was always on time. The travel tour guide/host were great and very knowledgeable. Communication with the head office on the tour details was excellent and overall the value for the trip was excellent. I would use this company again.Show more
