- SPSuji· January 12th, 2026We just completed the joyful treasures . The good things are , our tour leader Sophie was great , having her for the entire trip made a huge Different. The drive through extreme weather conditions were safe , hence hats off to the drivers . There are definitely some improvements they can make to improve the tour . Communicate before hand with us about tour ending times so , we can do our own booking for some guided tours that aren’t covered in the tour. Not having any activity on the day 1 is a waste of time. Even though the itinerary says 11days we are only doing 9 days of tour ( day 1 and day 11) no activity. The Zurich boat ride for 2 hours is a waste , that boat is a mode of public transport, not the best way to appreciate, iconic land marks. Instead we would have preferred to have visited iconic water falls. Even though the Itinerary says Switzerland 3 nights , we effectively had 1 day to Explore . Our first day was travel 2nd day , public holiday with Zurich boat ride . ( would be nicer if it is a night cruise with meals provided ) . For us unfortunately additional tour bookings didn’t work. Despite trouble shooting that was not fixed . We missed out on Visiting some the iconic places , because tickets were sold out . Communication and trouble shooting swiftly by The company definitely needs to Improve. Lastly we are still Waiting on our refund for taxi fare for 2 weeks. When ever I inquire about it i will get the same reply with no response about progress. In the end , we mange to visit some of the iconic places on our own. Accommodation during our stay was above average. The tour could have been better on the Paris day trip day since we just got the tour and returned to the hotel without additional stops on day 1. In the Swiss to Italy part of the trip, many places were paid to use bathrooms. - ASriramSankaran· April 19th, 20231. The bus was comfortable but lacked WiFi and USB and power charging. It is very inconvenient to not have to charge available on the bus. 2. All the hotels were satisfactory, with the one in Milan being the best of our stay. 3. The tour was well organized with enough time at the attractions. 4. The boat ride in Zurich/Rappersville was not necessary, since there was nothing to do on the 2 hr cruise, and no lunch was included although it was lunch time. Just the city tour or free time would have been better. Overall, liked the timeliness and the information provided by the guides. Itineraries- loved when “not so famous places” from our perspective; like Lyon is such a wonderful place; as well as Rapperswil and Neuchatel were highlighted. 3.
