  The trip guide left us stranded on the first day of the tour. There was no prior announcement about meetup times in the beginning. The official trip itinerary said 8am but guide left at 7:30am. There were two entry/exit points in the hotel and this information was put up very last minute that too only at only one touch point. Rest of the trip was uneventful. Pickup at the airport was right on time. Guides in Switzerland and Italy were great.Show more

  We just completed the joyful treasures . The good things are , our tour leader Sophie was great , having her for the entire trip made a huge Different. The drive through extreme weather conditions were safe , hence hats off to the drivers . There are definitely some improvements they can make to improve the tour . Communicate before hand with us about tour ending times so , we can do our own booking for some guided tours that aren’t covered in the tour. Not having any activity on the day 1 is a waste of time. Even though the itinerary says 11days we are only doing 9 days of tour ( day 1 and day 11) no activity. The Zurich boat ride for 2 hours is a waste , that boat is a mode of public transport, not the best way to appreciate, iconic land marks. Instead we would have preferred to have visited iconic water falls. Even though the Itinerary says Switzerland 3 nights , we effectively had 1 day to Explore . Our first day was travel 2nd day , public holiday with Zurich boat ride . ( would be nicer if it is a night cruise with meals provided ) . For us unfortunately additional tour bookings didn’t work. Despite trouble shooting that was not fixed . We missed out on Visiting some the iconic places , because tickets were sold out . Communication and trouble shooting swiftly by The company definitely needs to Improve. Lastly we are still Waiting on our refund for taxi fare for 2 weeks. When ever I inquire about it i will get the same reply with no response about progress. In the end , we mange to visit some of the iconic places on our own. That’s the best way to fulfill your purpose of the holiday.Show more

  1. The bus was comfortable but lacked WiFi and USB and power charging. It is very inconvenient to not have to charge available on the bus. 2. All the hotels were satisfactory, with the one in Milan being the best of our stay. 3. The tour was well organized with enough time at the attractions. 4. The boat ride in Zurich/Rappersville was not necessary, since there was nothing to do on the 2 hr cruise, and no lunch was included although it was lunch time. Just the city tour or free time would have been better. Overall, liked the timeliness and the information provided by the guides. It was a perfect combination of free time given to explore and guided trips.Show more

  All hotels were very good. The sights we saw were good. The bus had no bathroom. The guides were average. They were often unclear with their instructions, for example they say meet in the lobby at 8am, but no one is there and people are outside getting on the bus. I did like the interesting history one guide gave.Show more

  The guides were very good & helpful. Hotels are okay but hotel staff at Novotel Est Bagnolet are nit helpful.. they can not or do not want to speak English. Breakfast buffet needs improvement as one morning they served rotten bananas & old apples. There are two hotels that do not have water kettles but there are instant coffee & cups. One I think is Erfige Hotel in Rome.Show more

  The trip was good enough as we expected. Hotels were good.here are the bad and good things I noticed abt this trip:- There was no wifi in the bus. In Paris and Rome we were dropped in the middle of the town and was told to return on our own which was not expected and a little bit inconvenient. I was told by customer service that I could buy Louver museum ticket from the guide after reaching Paris but it was not available. Guide Linus was with us for 5 days and he was very good, kind and helping all. Morcotte was too hot so it was better not to make a stay there even though it was for 40-60 minutes. In Italy we had different guides each day but they too managed the trip very well and nicely. Overall it was a good experienceShow more

However, due to corona virus we wanted to cancel the Italy and we told 2nd day to our tour guide Merino about our concern but he took it seriously the whole time and we had to take care of it ourselves. Accommodation could be better. Also, many times we had to comeback on our own and it is difficult with no experience to take tram or with poor guidance and no internet to find way back.Show more
