  I would like to share some feedback regarding our tour. Matti, our tour guide, often spoke too loudly into the bus microphone, which caused distortion. Although he was asked to adjust the microphone position, this was not consistently done. That said, his casual style was appreciated, and he was warm and approachable. However, he tended to focus more on food recommendations than on providing historical context about the sites we visited. Giovanni appeared somewhat anxious and often provided excessive detail about the itinerary and excursion logistics. He seemed overly concerned about passengers getting lost, which created an impression of uncertainty. While his English was clear, the constant reminders and warnings made the group feel somewhat like elementary students. Additionally, he frequently read from notes rather than speaking from his own knowledge or perspective. Patina, the Spanish tour guide, spoke extensively to her group in Spanish while on the shared bus. This created a less enjoyable experience for English-speaking passengers, as there was a significant amount of conversation that we could not understand. At times, there was an overload of unnecessary information, and the tone occasionally felt overly instructional. One example was the extended promotion of an optional dinner excursion in Hungary, which felt somewhat pressured due to low participation numbers. The bus itself was quite crowded. It was unexpected that the English-speaking group would be combined with Spanish and Portuguese groups. This made us feel like an add-on rather than a dedicated group. Given that we paid nearly $7,000 for what was marketed as a tour of a lifetime, it was disappointing not to have our own group as anticipated. This arrangement also seemed to create challenges for Giovanni, as he had to compete with Patina for time and attention, particularly as she appeared more dominant with her group. Martin, the bus driver, drove in a manner that felt somewhat anxious, with frequent acceleration and steering adjustments that made the journey less comfortable. On a positive note, Sophia has been an excellent guide. She provides the right balance of information and instruction and is consistently warm and approachable. I hope this feedback is helpful. I would also suggest clearly informing passengers in advance if language groups are combined, as this was not our expectation when booking a specific language tour and, in my opinion, should be reconsidered. With regard to your observations concerning the optional excursion in Hungary, we sincerely regret if the communication surrounding this activity came across as overly insistent. Our guides generally reiterate information about optional excursions, as it is quite common for passengers to make last-minute decisions about joining these activities. That said, we understand your perspective and will take your comments into consideration. Regarding the bilingual nature of the tour, we would like to clarify that many of our circuits operate as bilingual services, which is standard practice within our operations. This information is typically communicated both by our company and by the corresponding travel agencies at the time of booking.   We completed this tour a couple of weeks ago and thought of giving you some feedback. a) In terms of number of places and events covered during the tour was amazing and I enjoyed it very much. However, the early starts almost every day and walks in excess of 20,000 steps in some days was bit too much for elderly travellers in the group including my wife. Being a prolific waker, it was not a big issue for me though😊 Also, families with little kids struggled to get going in the morning. Many travellers were unaware of these conditions so, I would like to suggest that these conditions are spelt out clearly in Tourradar/ Eurpamundo broachers and website so that the travellers are aware of these conditions at the time of booking. Attached is the Tourradar broacher and it lacks these details. b) Tour guides who accompanied us were good overall. Gabriella Golian who accompanied us from the start of the tour in Rome to Innsbruck was excellent; probably the best guide I’ve come across in my past many travels all over the globe. Most of our travelling group members praised her friendly and caring attitude coupled with firm daily instructions not to be late and be respectful to the group. We had many delays since she left as the other two guides were bit too soft. Also, our driver Petrov kept the bus clean right throughout the journey from Rome to Innsbruck. Again, Gabriella reminded the tour group to keep the bus clean and takeaway all the rubbish on exit. Other two tour guides and the drivers failed to maintain a clean bus. Please pass this message to your tour guides for improvement. c) Hotels were generally OK but most of the hotels were below expectations for many travellers mainly due to the absence of a kettle to boil water and tea/coffee in the room. Most of my travel group was from tea-drinking countries. Only a couple of hotels had a kettle and tea bags in the room. Please consider this when selecting hotels. Overall, it’s was a very pleasant and positive experience for me. Look forward to travel with you again sometime soon.Show more

  Scratching the surface would be an overstatement. 3 different company bus guides. 1 outstanding, 1 marginal, and 1 not very good. 2 of 4 guided walking tours had inferior audio equipment so we didn’t learn much. 2 had good equipment and good local guides. Bus technology (WiFi and electrical outlets) was spotty with excuses and nominal concern from the company guides. The one furnished dinner was awful. So 1 company guide and 2 walking guides met expectations. All 3 drivers were very prompt and very safe. For the money, I wouldn’t give a strong recommendation.Show more

  Europamundo run a couple of varying European loops so as expected every few days some fellow travellers finished their section of the loop and new travellers were added. Accomodation was good and centrally located when town trips were planned, or on the outskirts after a city visit if simply for an overnight and onward journey the next day. Day trip guides were excellent, tour guides great.Show more

We had three guides ( Eva was excellent!!!!!) would have preferred to stay as a group, found people coming and going at different destinations. But got to meet a lot of people.Show more

  It was good but there were some issues in regards to timing and getting from a location to the hotel. There were several occasion where my group missed out on some of our allocated time in cities or we just skipped it completely, which wasn’t a big deal in the scheme of things but also wasn’t great. Every time we had our time in a city reduced you had to choose if you wanted to eat or wanted to sight see, you didn’t have time for both. My bus also took a wrong road it couldn’t fit up and decided to try anyway and proceed to get stuck and crash into a guard rail, which was just a terrifying experience. He managed to get us out of it safely but it still shouldn’t have been attempted. Another thing to note is that just because you’re in a hotel picked by a travel company that doesn’t mean that your belongings are safe there. I had my brand new Apple Watch stolen out of my room and my stuff gone through while I was out on a tour.Show more

  Its our first time joining this tour. Just wish we would know that every 2 days we will have to change to another...
  Its our first time joining this tour. Just wish we would know that every 2 days we will have to change to another tour bus and meet new tour guides. In 12 days, we met at least +10 tour guides and we learned how to follow tour guys and followed schedule. Also, we enjoyed local tour very much. We just didnt know this is complete full schedule during the 12 days tour (Got up 5-6am to get ready, 6:30am breakfast, 7:15am load big luggages to bus every single day). Here is my suggestion, please use “led lights “ flag at night. We had hard time following tour guy when went to some very busy crowded downtown in the evening. The other thing is the flexibility. We arrived this shopping village around evening around 4-5pm (most stores closed) and cant take photos (it was very dark around 4pm on November). And it was very cold to stand on the street for 2 hours to wait for bus. Who would enjoy these 2 hours?!Show more

  Great busses, Accomodation and breakfast (mostly) was better than anticipated. Good daily itinerary. Not too busy at all. Plenty of spare time during day and night. Tour guides are knowledgeable, helpful and well meaning. Be prepared for difficulty in understanding the Spanish accent and repetition of everything in Spanish them English. This became tricky and we often tuned out. The smaller the group the better by far, but that’s pot luck. Overall a great tour.Show more

Special mention to Tony who guided us thru Italy. Julio took us from there and is a dynamo of energy, passion and knowledge. They made the experience amazing!
