  The route design is great. It covers everything we need to see. The only complaint is the Wazo hotel in Marrakech which is too remote and too far away from medina. All other hotels have good locations and with some styles especially the riad in Fes. The riad in Fes is so pretty. Wish we could live in a similar riad in Marrakech.Show more

  I thought I would give an honest review so that future travelers can make an informed decision about this trip. This is not a fully guided tour. We only had local guides for two days in Fes and Marrakesh. For the rest of the trip, it felt more like a road trip. Almost every day involved 4–5 hours of driving, arriving at a place in the evening, staying overnight, and then leaving again the next morning. Particularly in Chefchaouen, which is a very beautiful place, we arrived early in the evening, stayed overnight, and left again in the morning. We didn’t really have enough time to explore the city. The same happened in the Sahara Desert. We arrived in the early evening, stayed overnight in the desert camp, and in the morning we were rushed to leave by 8:00 a.m., which was not good at all. We were also taken to many shops, including ceramic shops, alternative medicine shops, and clothing shops. We did not want to go to these places, but the guide still took us there. The tour could have been much better if we had stayed at least two nights in places like Chefchaouen and the Sahara Desert. We stayed two nights in Marrakesh, which was the good part of the trip. On a positive note, we had a driver named Wail and a very nice car. Wail was an exceptionally gentle and kind person who took great care of us throughout the entire tour. Our sincere thanks to Wail for taking care of us for entire trip.Show more

Morocco is a large country, and some routes involve long drives to cover the main highlights in a limited time. We also agree that places like Chefchaouen and the Sahara can be even more enjoyable with extra nights.   This tour was really incredible; I was fortunate enough to be in a smaller tour, which means less waiting on people, a little bit more time, etc. There was quite a bit of travel time in the car but plenty of stops made along the way to stretch your legs or go to the bathroom. Our tour guide Wail was so friendly, attentive, and kind. He really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and remained (mostly) on time! Wail was also very knowledgeable about Morocco and a real pleasure to travel with. Chefchaouen was incredible, the markets in Fez were amazing, the Sahara Desert was beautiful, and sunrise over Marrakech in a hot air balloon ride; one in a million - stunning. I highly recommend this company/tour/guide as they were great! Thank you so much!Show more
