Our cancellation policy is as follows: Up to 30th day prior to departure: Your 20% non-refundable deposit is saved on your file as Lifetime Deposit towards a future tour. From 29th day to 3rd day prior to departure: 70% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 50% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime deposit. From 2nd day prior to departure up to departure day or in case of no show : 95% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 75% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime Deposit.

  Did you just change the concept of the tour? I really wanted to go to Namibia / Cape Town and do this tour on Dec 27th but I see now it's a camping tour???

  This tour has always been a camping trip. For an accommodated option you can try our Cape and Dunes Discoverer or Cape and Namibia Adventure tours which are mostly lodges/guesthouses. Hotel/Guesthouse: 7 nights in standard twin rooms with en suite or shared facilities. Participation Camping: 4 nights are spent in tents in Etosha National Park and Sesriem Area. Tents are twin with shared ablutions.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 2nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 2nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and G Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
