- Day 1
Toronto
You'll arrive in Toronto and connect with your tour guide. From there, the city opens up for you to explore on your own schedule. Spend time walking through downtown where everything connects nicely, from the financial district to shops, restaurants, and attractions all within reach of each other. It's a good setup for getting your bearings and checking out what interests you most.

- Day 2
Toronto - Niagara Falls
You'll start by walking through Toronto's neighborhoods, checking out Yonge Street with its busy shops and restaurants, then wandering through Chinatown and the Fashion District. From there, head southwest to Niagara Falls where you'll hear the water long before you see the three waterfalls, especially the famous Horseshoe Falls. On the way back, stop in Niagara-on-the-Lakes, a charming Victorian town that feels like stepping back in time.

- Day 3
Toronto - Algonquin Provincial Park
Leave Toronto and head to the Distillery District, where you'll see beautifully preserved Victorian industrial architecture and old buildings converted into galleries and shops. Later, drive to Algonquin Provincial Park, Canada's oldest park and a haven for nature lovers. Before checking into your hotel this evening, visit Sainte-Marie among the Hurons open-air museum to learn about Ontario's first European community and the history of Jesuits and Indigenous peoples.

Algonquin Provincial Park - Ottawa
Drive deeper into Algonquin Park where you'll see quiet lakes and thick forests, especially beautiful if you're traveling in autumn with the changing colors. Make several stops along selected trails to walk around and take in the scenery, then visit the visitor center to learn about the park's natural and human history. By late afternoon, you'll reach Ottawa and can explore the city on your own if you'd like.

Ottawa - Montréal
On a guided tour, you'll see Parliament Hill with its impressive government buildings, then walk along the Rideau Canal and check out ByWard Market Square with its specialty shops and craft boutiques. Afterward, head toward Montreal and stop at a local chocolate manufacturer for a guided tour where they'll show you how chocolate is made and give you a chance to taste different varieties.

Montréal - Tadoussac
Your guide takes you through Montreal's contrasts, from the modern skyline to the old town tucked between rivers. You'll walk through the alleyways of Vieux-Montreal along the old harbor, pass by the Olympic Stadium, then head up to Mont Royal Park for views over the city. Stop at the Jean-Talon Farmers Market where you can try wine, cheese, handmade crafts, and maple syrup. Later, follow the St. Lawrence River north toward Tadoussac, stopping in the artist town of Baie-Saint-Paul to stretch your legs.

- Day 7
Tadoussac - Whale Watching & Owl Observatory
After a relaxed morning in Essipit with time to watch whales from your accommodation if you like, head out on a midday boat trip to spot whales at Grandes-Bergeronnes. An Innu indigenous guide will accompany you on a Zodiac inflatable boat as you search for fin, humpback, blue, and beluga whales in the St. Lawrence River. In the late afternoon, explore Tadoussac on your own, then this evening visit the owl observatory at the sand dunes where scientists study Quebec's smallest owls, the pygmy and rare great horned owl. A researcher will share information about the research and why monitoring these endangered species matters.

Essipit - Matane
Start with a guided visit to an archaeological museum to learn about Innu settlement history, then drive to Matane, a town known for its maritime heritage. You'll cross the St. Lawrence River by ferry, with the crossing point depending on the tides. After crossing, continue along Route 132 where you'll see water, islands, and picturesque villages. As you approach Matane, the gateway to the Gaspe Peninsula, the forests become increasingly lush.

Matane - Percé
Drive along Route 132 between the sea, cliffs, and forest where you might spot whales in the Atlantic Ocean. Stop at Forillon National Park, the oldest national park in the province, to see wooded mountains, imposing limestone cliffs, and romantic beaches. Visit the town of Gaspe and explore the Micmac Interpretation Center where the M'ikmaq Nation shares their history and talks about challenges facing First Nations today. By evening, you'll reach the charming coastal town of Perce.

- Day 10
Percé - Île Bonaventure
After breakfast, board a boat to Île Bonaventure, the small island named by Samuel de Champlain in 1603. Watch the island as it loses around 300 tons of rock each year to erosion. Explore the national park, which is home to the world's largest gannet colonies with almost 116,000 nesting birds in summer. In the afternoon, you'll have plenty of time to walk around the charming town of Perce on your own.

Percé - Rivière-du-Loup
Head toward Riviere-du-Loup as you circle the Gaspesie peninsula along Route 132. Stop in the historic fishing village of Banc de Peche de Paspebiac, which was once one of the largest dried cod export ports in the 19th century. Then explore the National Park du Bic, where tidal differences of around five meters create rocky islands, picturesque bays, and mudflats that show off the Quebec landscape in a unique way.

Rivière-du-Loup - Québec City
After breakfast, drive to Quebec City. Along the way, learn about the 'Regime Seigneurial', a feudal system used by the first French settlers and their lords. Visit the Seigneurie des Aulnaies where a historic mill still operates. As you cross the St. Lawrence River one last time, you'll see Quebec City's old town and Frontenac Castle come into view. Once in the Lower Town, board the famous funicular and ride up to the Upper Town.

- Day 13
Québec City
Explore Quebec City's unique blend of French, British, indigenous, and North American cultures. As the only fortified city north of Mexico, the old town with its winding alleyways and cobbled streets is worth wandering through. Drive out to Montmorency Falls, which stands 30 meters higher than Niagara Falls, and choose your view from either the suspended staircase or the 487 high steps of the panoramic staircase. Then head to Île d'Orleans in the St. Lawrence River to see vineyards, chocolate producers, farms, maple groves, and orchards. End the day with a cider tasting at a local cidery.

Québec City - Montréal
Spend the morning on your own in Quebec City, walking around and picking up souvenirs. Your guide then drives you to the Montreal airport for your flight home, bringing your Canadian adventure to a close.
