Yes, you will get an opportunity for a hot air balloon in Cappadocia. Once you are on the trip, the guide will check who wants to join and book this for you locally. Please note, that it is also weather dependent.

Is day 16 a typo & we stay the night is Kars on day 16? There are 2 internal flights on this itinerary, are they included in the costing of the tour?

Yes, absolutely you can join as a solo traveller. If we aren't able to arrange a same-sex room share, or if you want to guarantee yourself a single room, then the single room supplement would be £1119. A 'multi-bed' room on this trip would just mean a twin room. The hotels are all around the 4-star level.
