Itinerary
- Day 1
Palermo
You'll meet your tour director at 5 PM for a welcome drink and dinner at your waterfront hotel overlooking the Gulf of Palermo. During dinner, you'll learn about this city's fascinating history, shaped by Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans, Arabs, Normans and many other cultures that left their mark here.

- Day 2
Palermo
This morning starts with a guided tour of Monreale Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring Byzantine, Arab and Norman styles with golden mosaics. After returning to Palermo, you'll walk through grand piazzas, see ornate castles and churches, and check out the lively markets. The afternoon and evening are yours to wander around at your own pace.

- Day 3
Marsala - Agrigento
You'll head west toward Trapani to explore Sicily's culinary traditions. The drive takes you through salt flats harvested using traditional Phoenician methods. Later, you'll participate in a cooking demonstration and have a farm-to-table lunch at Baglio Elena Agriturismo. From there, you'll tour and taste fortified wines at Cantine Pellegrino in Marsala before continuing to Agrigento for dinner at your seaside hotel.

Taormina
You'll spend time exploring the Valley of the Temples, one of the world's largest archaeological sites and a UNESCO World Heritage Site built by ancient Greeks. After that, you'll travel to Taormina, which sits high above the Sicilian coastline. This evening brings dinner at your seaside hotel, where you might catch views of Mount Etna at sunset.

- Day 5
Taormina
A walking tour takes you through the medieval town of Taormina, passing lush public gardens, medieval palazzos, Baroque fountains and ancient ruins. You'll have free time to grab lunch wherever you like. In the afternoon, you'll head to the hilltop village of Savoca, which was featured in 'The Godfather'. After returning to Taormina, the evening is free for dining and exploring on your own.

Taormina
You'll experience life on Mount Etna's slopes, starting at Oro d'Etna honey producer where bees create honey from orange, lemon, thyme and chestnut nectar. Then you'll drive through volcanic landscapes to Silvestri for crater walks and views. Next, you'll visit Tenuata San Michele winery for a tour, family-style lunch, tastings and panoramic views. You'll return to Taormina with a free evening to dine and explore.

The day ends with a farewell dinner of authentic Sicilian cuisine before you return to Palermo for your final night.
