A group of friends and I are planning a trip for next spring 2027. We would like to book a 3 days / 2 nights cruise departing from town in lAssouan for Louxor. We would like a cabin with a double bed and another cabin with two single beds. Could you please let me know a cabin with two single beds is indeed available on the ship?

You need to book any morning flight arriving before noon (12 pm, check in time) not to miss the lunch and first day the cruise starts sailing from Aswan around 1:30 pm. Regarding the departure time, it can be any morning flight from Luxor airport, since check out time at 8 am

Would the total per person be $590 then? Can you let me know what the Day 1 and Day 3 schedules would look like including these additional stops? Will these additional stops also be guided tour stops by the same company as the cruise?

It is available for 4 Adults on Monday, 29th.Dec but this note this tour covers only the visit to Edfu and Kom Ombo temples, if you will be staying the night before at Aswan hotel, you can add the optional tour to Abu Simbel Temples. Also, in Luxor you can add the optional tour to Karnak and Luxor Temples or Valley of the kings and Hatshepsut temple or both.

We assume all rooms on the boat have air-condition. Is this correct? Can we board the boat directly ourselves around 12:00-13:00 on Sep 5, arranging our own transportation independently? We have a 2 week, very detailed and very full trip planned and we can only do this tour if it's from Sep 5-Sep 7. So is it possible to be 100% sure that we will not be offered different days? If not, if we are offered different dates can we just refuse and be refunded or will this be a complicated process?

  We are 4 adults who will be travelling together. We would like 2 bedrooms close to each other, quiet (away from the engines and machinery (elevators ...) of the boat. A first bedroom with a double bed and a second one with 2 separate single beds. Is it possible? On the other hand, on the first day (March 30, 2027) we will arrive in Aswan in the late morning between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m., so can we board the boat directly at the dock? Since, your booking will be for the 2 nights, we canot guarantee that the 2 rooms will be next to each other, because they accommodate the 3 nights first on Monday, then the remaining rooms for Travelers booked for the 2 Nights. It is available to pick you up at Aswan airport, train station or east bank hotel. So, since your arrival will be around 11 am to 12 pm, so we can pick you up and take you to the cruise (included in the cruise price). After confirming your booking with us, you will need to provide us with the pick up location.   Day 1: you need to arrive Aswan as early as possible, so we can start the tour to Philae temple and High Dam between 8 and 9 am. Then, transfer to the cruise to check in before lunch. Day 2: After Edfu temple, the boat will start sailing to Esna, Cross Esna lock. If the boat arrives between 3 to 4 pm, then we will have a chance to visit both Karnak and Luxor Temples. Day 3: check out at 8 am to start the tour to The Valley of the kings and Hatshepsut temple. Then, end at Karnak Temple.
