The temples are phenomenal, the tour guide is extremely knowledgeable and they try to accommodate your preferences as well as physical abilities (i had surgery 6 weeks ago and dr ahmed let us rest whenever i said i needed a break). The food on the cruise was wonderful and has so much variety, the cruise staff were kind and very attentive (even asking if i was alright when i missed lunch a few times to take a nap between temples). The cruise ship was comfortable and spacious and we really didnt want for anything the entirety of the trip. My only somewhat negative comment is that the tipping culture needs a budget of its own (but even so the trip was excellent).Show more

We recently booked a Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan with Egypt Gift Tours, and our experience was absolutely amazing thanks to the incredible service provided by Heba Haggag and our outstanding tour guide Hatem Ibrahim. Traveling as a group of 7, we were initially concerned about accommodating everyone’s needs, but Heba and Hatem went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and tailored to our preferences. From the moment we made contact, Heba was highly responsive and flexible, making sure every detail of our trip was perfectly arranged. They even provided room upgrades on the cruise, which was a delightful surprise! This extra touch made our experience all the more luxurious and comfortable. Heba’s attention to detail and dedication to customer service were evident throughout our journey. One of the highlights was how they accommodated our group’s different preferences when visiting Abu Simbel. Four of us wanted to fly while the other three took the included bus transfer, and Heba seamlessly arranged everything to make sure both groups had an equally fantastic experience. This level of flexibility was truly impressive. Our guide, Hatem Ibrahim, was truly exceptional. He was not only knowledgeable about Egypt’s rich history but also very attentive to our group’s needs, making sure we were comfortable at every step. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
