On December 20, we do not have any booking yet. If you want to do your tour on 20 December then it will run as a private tour just for you. It is possible to change the hotels yes but that will result in price changes either higher or lower price depending on the hotels you want. Luggage limit is 20Kg check in bag included. You will have to pay for any excess weight at the airport check in counter. We usually have 10 people per departure but our tours run with a minimum of 2 adults.

  Could you please let me know how much more expensive a private/individual tour would be compared to the group tour? Is it possible to stay in the following hotels: Dead Valley Lodge, Fancy Fritz, Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp (upgraded room), Mokuti Etosha?

  Regarding your hotel preferences, unfortunately, there is no availability at Dead Valley Lodge and Fancy Fritz for your requested dates. However, we can still arrange accommodations at Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp (upgraded room) and Mokuti Etosha as alternatives. We will check pricing and advise on any adjustments related to these bookings.

  Would you be able to send me costs and also whether the tour is guaranteed to go ahead please? We are happy to share with other people. Also how long do we get at each site to explore as I appreciate there is a lot of driving due to distances. Can you please Advise how much extra we would need to budget for on top of the tour cost?

Visa
- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 6th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 6th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Local Safaris. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 30 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Local Safaris will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Local Safaris" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
