Clothing & Temperature: If traveling during shoulder months (April, May, September, October), temps can dip below freezing at night - so bring extra cold-weather gear. Footwear: We recommend bringing closed-in hiking shoes. Flights from Sydney: Flights are not included in the tour price. You'll need to book your own flights to and from Canada.

Do I need to make separate payments if I'm booking for more than one person?

What if my arrival city is different from the tour starting point?

If your arrival city differs from the tour's start location, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the meeting point. It is advisable to plan accordingly and allow sufficient time for travel.

Are the flights not included in the price? What is the additional cost for 1 person?

The tours we offer don't include international airfare, as travellers can join any of the trips from many different countries. A single supplement is an additional 370.00 EUR and confirmation is subject to availability.

I can't find information on what kind of luggage to bring - can I use suitcase? And suggestions of what clothing to bring.

All luggage is carried in trailers or inside the vehicle so please don't bring more than one medium sized bag, backpack or suitcase (20kg/44lb maximum) per person. Your suitcase/rucksack may get some rough handling, so make sure it's a tough one. A small daypack with your water bottle and camera may be carried with you inside the vehicle.

How fit should I be to participate in the trekking and other sport activities offered on the tour?

The fitness level required can vary; some trekking might involve several hours of walking. It's recommended you prepare adequately for moderate physical activity, although extremely strenuous exercise is not necessary.

Do we need to book our own hotel room for Day 1 at the Hampton Inn Vancouver Airport or is it part of the tour?

Upon arrival on Day 1 your hotel night at the Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport Hotel & Resort is included.
