Asked on December 12th, 2025Do you have any information about obtaining a temporary driving license in Vietnam? When I travel, I like to have the freedom to move around the country independently, renting a car. The Spanish international driving permit isn't valid in Vietnam, but I understand that it's possible to obtain a temporary license. It's difficult to find information about the procedures and where I need to go.

For safety reasons, we do not encourage or recommend renting a self-drive car in Vietnam. Regarding temporary driving permits, the process is complicated, varies by province, and is not straightforward for short-term visitors. Most travelers choose to use private cars with drivers or other safe transportation options instead. For your best convenience, we're happy to help arrange comfortable, reliable transport for your trip.

Asked on August 29th, 2025Will the airport transfer be included for dropping back also after we reach Hanoi ? If I take 4 star upgrade the pandora cruise is it subjected to change or remain same?

This tour does not include the airport transfer after the tour ends. If you want I can add it for only 15 usd extra cost. About La Pandora cruise, if you book 4* option, it will be the first choice, if it is fully booked, we will switch to the same or better quality cruise. We will confirm your exact cruise few hours after confirming your booking.

We would be pleased to arrange a driver for your pickup as soon as we receive your flight number arriving in Hanoi. Please kindly note that early hotel check-in is subject to room availability. Should you wish to check in early, an additional charge depends on the check-in time will apply. Alternatively, you may leave your luggage at the hotel and enjoy some time exploring the city before returning for check-in and relaxation. For visa application, we need you to send me the following documents (at least 14 days prior to departure date): - Scan of passport information page (soft file, colored); - Scan of passport-style colored photo (portrait picture of travelers, straight looking without glasses, white background) - Your international flight ticket (photo/scan or full details). Note: Your original passport is at least 6 months in validity following the arrival date (Original passport have at least 2 blank pages for Vietnam visa sticker and Immigration stamps)
