Vancouver
You'll arrive at Vancouver International Airport where your guide meets you. If your flight lands before 11:00 AM, there's a complimentary three-hour city tour of Vancouver waiting for you. Domestic passengers head to baggage carousel No. 3 where meet and greet happens from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM every two hours. International travelers look for the totem statue in the international arrival hall between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, also every two hours. Private pickup is an option if you'd rather arrange that separately.

Vancouver - Hope - Ginseng Factory - Spahats Creek Falls - Clearwater
You're traveling through British Columbia's Fraser Valley and Thompson-Nicola region to see where films were shot and natural attractions. First stop is Hope District Hall with chainsaw carvings and the famous Rambo filming location (about 20 minutes there). Then you'll visit a ginseng factory to learn how Canadian ginseng gets grown and processed, plus there's a chance to pick up fresh products (roughly 30 minutes). After that, you head to Wells Gray Provincial Park where Spahats Creek Falls drops 80 meters down a sheer rock face. The trail to the viewing platform is easy and takes about 45 minutes.

Clearwater - Mount Robson - Maligne Lake - Medicine Lake - Jasper
The route through Jasper National Park takes you past high peaks and clear lakes. You'll stop at Mount Robson Welcome Centre for views of Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies at 3,954 meters (20 minutes). Next comes Maligne Canyon with its impressive 50-meter limestone gorge, or Medicine Lakes if the canyon isn't accessible (30 minutes). Then Maligne Lake gets about 100 minutes for its vibrant blue water and Spirit Island, with an optional boat cruise available. You'll pass through Medicine Lakes, which has an underground stream system making it the 'Disappearing Lake.' Finally, you reach Jasper Town where you have free time to walk around shops and grab dinner.

Jasper - Athabasca Falls - Columbia Icefield - Bow Lake - Peyto Lake - Banff
You're driving the Icefields Parkway (Highway 93), a 232-kilometer route between Banff and Jasper that's known as one of the world's most scenic drives. First you'll see Athabasca Falls where glacier-fed water carves through rock (30 minutes). The Columbia Icefield is next, and here you can either ride an Ice Explorer onto Athabasca Glacier or visit the Glacier Skywalk with its glass floor overlooking Sunwapta Valley (about 2.5 hours total). Bow Lake comes up with Crowfoot Mountain reflected in the water, ideal for photos (20 minutes). Peyto Lake follows, famous for its shifting turquoise colors and regularly photographed by visitors (20 minutes). There's an optional gondola ride up Banff Sulphur Mountain to 2,281 meters for 360-degree views of six mountain ranges if you want that extra hour and a half.

- Day 5
Lake Louise - Moraine Lake - Yoho National Park - Emerald Lake - Natural Bridge
This day focuses on the Canadian Rockies' most iconic spots. Lake Louise comes first with its turquoise waters and about two hours to explore and photograph. Then there's Moraine Lake, open early June through early October, showing the Valley of the Ten Peaks with vivid turquoise glacial water (60 minutes), or Vermilion Lakes if it's closed. Moving to Yoho National Park on the western slopes, you pass through the Spiral Tunnels, an engineering feat from 1909 where the railroad actually crosses itself twice below ground. Emerald Lake is next, the largest in Yoho with its vivid emerald-green water and the historic lodge, plus an easy trail circling the whole lake (20 minutes). You'll finish at the Natural Bridge, an arch carved by water erosion over centuries (15 minutes).

Banff - Johnston Canyon - Bow Falls - Surprise Corner - Hoodoos - Banff Town
Banff National Park, Canada's first national park from 1885, is your focus today. Johnston Canyon has one of the most popular hiking trails with cascading waterfalls and rugged rock walls, turning into an ice wonderland in winter (60 minutes), or Marble Canyon if Johnston is closed with complimentary crampons in season. An optional gondola ride on Banff Sulphur Mountain reaches 2,281 meters for 360-degree views across six mountain ranges, with a boardwalk, restaurant, and exhibits at the top (90 minutes). Bow Falls is a famous film location from the 1960s movie 'The River of No Return' where the Bow River drops over rocky ledges (15 minutes). Surprise Corner gives you the classic viewpoint for photos of the historic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel against mountain and river backdrops (15 minutes). The Banff Hoodoos show off those fascinating 'fairy chimneys' or 'earth pillars' made of sandstone topped with harder rock (15 minutes). You'll wrap up with free time in Banff Town for shopping, eating, and exploring galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes (about 90 minutes).
