    We'd propose for the family to stay in Stary Smokovec mountain resort which is a beautiful mountain village/resort in the hear of Tatra Mountains. It takes around 1 hour to drive to Stara Lubovna from there. Within Stary Smokovec area, the family can enjoy beautiful sceneries, various funiculars and cable cars, there is also a 3D gallery which is a fun activity to do in the village. Around 15 min drive or 25 min train drive, there is Poprad town which has a historical part and also new part, where the family could also enjoy thermal spa. Only 40 mins drive from Stary Smokovec, there is Spis Castle and Levoca town with the highest wooden altar in the world, and only 15-20 mins drive away from Stary Smokovec, there is a beautiful tree top walk with Slovak folk museum too.

    Is it better to fly into Krakow and take a train to stara Lubovna OR flight into bratislava?

    In terms of public transport, there is only a bus that goes directly from Krakow, no trains available. However, we could organise a minibus for them too if they wish to pick them up in Krakow. In terms of the travel, Krakow would be probably the best with us organising minibus for the family. Krakow has better options and is also only 2.5 hours away from their accommodation in Slovakia.

    How would the family like to be split within the accommodation and what type of accommodation are they after - 3*, 4*?

    Like how far is Aquapark AQUACITY Poprad from their accommodation? If they want to do this on their lesuire day? Is there entrance fees?

    It's 30 minutes via train and then additional 10 minute walk from the train station or 25 min taxi drive each way from the hotel. Yes, there are entrance fees. Depending on which package and how long they're going there for - approximately on average 30 Euros per person.

    After they make a deposit, will you provide the official itinerary/voucher and the letter of visitation required by the embassy? we will need documents from your company

    After a booking is confirmed and a deposit is received, we will of course provide the official confirmed itinerary and booking documentation, including accommodation confirmations and service vouchers, which travellers may use as supporting documents for their visa applications if required. However, we do not issue embassy-specific letters of invitation or visitation, nor do we provide visa sponsorship.

  I am organizing a group tour from Israel to Slovakia during October 5-12. We are a group of 25-30 travelers, and I am interested in receiving a price quote for two attached itineraries. I would appreciate your recommendation on which itinerary is best suited for this time of year. We require hotels, a tourist bus, and a local guide to accompany our group.
