We can apply a 10% early booking discount for your 10-day Classic Central Europe tour (for the end of May or Early June 2027). With the 10% discount, the price per person is €2,835 (double room occupancy), which is approximately AUD 4,960 per person. Deposit required: 20% to secure the dates and arrangements → €567 / approx. AUD 992 per person. Balance: remaining 80% due 45 days before the tour start date. Cancellation policy: a) 60+ days before start – 100% refund of the deposit b) 59–45 days – 50% refund of the deposit c) 45–14 days – 25% refund of the price d) Less than 14 days – no refund

For this tour we usually work with comfortable 3–4★ centrally located hotels. For your specific dates, our planned hotels are: Prague: Hotel La Fenice – comfortable 4★ hotel in a central residential area, breakfast included Český Krumlov: Hotel U Malého Vítka – charming 3★ hotel in the historical centre Bratislava: BEIGLI Hotel & Garden – stylish boutique 3–4★ hotel near the Old Town Budapest: Hotel City Inn – comfortable 4★ hotel with easy access to the city centre Vienna: Hampton by Hilton Vienna City West – modern hotel with good public transport connections, breakfast included Please note that the exact hotels are always confirmed after the booking is made, as we cooperate with a small selection of similar 3–4★ properties in each destination. If, for any reason, one of the above hotels is not available, we will book a hotel of equivalent standard. If you prefer, we can also upgrade the accommodation to 4–5★ hotels for an additional charge.

How much travel time is involved in your minivans? I'm trying to see how comfortable this can be. Also I'm interested in your upgraded hotels.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Czechia-Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
