  Amazing 3-day Samburu experience!! Perfect short safari! The private tour felt exclusive and comfortable for our family. Game drives were exciting every day, and the cultural interactions with the Samburu people were authentic and respectful. Guide was friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English. Low intensity but full of memorable moments. Would definitely book with them again!Show more

  This three-day safari has been much more enjoyable than I expected. It's a long way from Nairobi, but I've had the opportunity to stop and see the scenery occasionally. As soon as I entered Samburu, I began to see special animals - gerenuk eating leaves from the high branches of trees, Beisa oryx and Somali ostrich. One morning, I saw a herd of crocodiles and elephants together near the river. The guide explained the nature of the animals and the characteristics of the area in a very simple way. In the afternoon the whole reserve turned golden in the light of the sunset. The atmosphere of the camp is calm, it's good to spend time sitting by the fire at night. Breakfast was good and clean. There is no crowd like Masai Mara, so the animals can be seen comfortably. I would recommend this trip to those who are looking for a different kind of safari.Show more

  This 3-day trip to Samburu National Reserve was a completely different experience for me. After coming out of Nairobi in the morning to see the change in the hilly areas and dry land along the way, the mind became calm. The first thing that came to mind after entering the reserve was the contrast of red soil and doum palm. On a morning game drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River, I saw a large herd of elephants wading in the water. The little elephants among them were splashing water as they played - a sight I had watched for a long time. Later, a leopard was resting in the shade of a tree, carefully pointed out by the guide from a distance. In the evening the whole area becomes golden in the light of the sunset, at that time the sound of the birds and the sound of the wind create a strange peaceful atmosphere. The camp was very quiet at night. The food was home-style, especially the morning tea and fresh fruits. As the crowd was less, I got more opportunities to get closer to the animals. This is a great option for those who want to stay close to nature in a quiet environment.Show more

  The perfect short safari! Not only the wildlife, but also the Samburu culture has been shown very nicely. All tours are private and safe and enjoyable. The guide has always been with us and has been a great help in wildlife tracking. The light activity is suitable for people of all ages. I would definitely recommend to bring family or friends.   We had an incredible 3-day Samburu Cultural and Wildlife Safari with Bencia Africa Adventure and Safaris! From the moment we were picked up in Nairobi, everything was perfectly organized. Our private guide JAMES was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience personal and enjoyable. The game drives in Samburu were outstanding — we saw elephants, giraffes, zebras, and even the rare Grevy’s zebra and reticulated giraffe! The cultural visit to the Samburu village was a highlight; the community was warm and welcoming, and we learned so much about their traditions. Accommodation was comfortable, food was delicious, and the driver-guide was an expert at spotting animals. Perfect for families or small groups. Highly recommended!   Three-day Samburu Safari with Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris was absolutely amazing! We left Nairobi in the morning and reached Samburu in the afternoon. The driver was very professional and safe. As soon as we entered the reserve, we were fascinated by the unique landscape and rare species of wildlife. We saw reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk, Grevy's Zebra and Somali ostrich - which are rarely seen in other parks. Game drives along the Ewaso Nyiro River were magical, especially on Sunset Drive, it was beautiful to see crocodiles and elephants drinking water.... Our guide was very knowledgeable, patient and helped to take great pictures. Atmosphere was great, food was good and service was excellent. All went very well from start to finish. Highly recommended for those who want a different kind of safari to avoid the crowds!Show more

From the moment we were picked up, everything was well organized and stress-free. The private tour allowed us to travel comfortably and enjoy every moment at our own pace. The wildlife viewing was outstanding. We saw elephants, giraffes, zebras, and several animals that are unique to the Samburu region. Our guide Denial was knowledgeable and had an incredible ability to spot wildlife from a distance. He shared fascinating information about the animals and the ecosystem throughout the trip. The cultural visit was equally memorable. Meeting the Samburu people and learning about their traditions, lifestyle, and customs gave us a deeper appreciation of Kenya's rich heritage.   We loved our 3 day Samburu Safari. I saw a lot of animals in the game drive – giraffes, zebras, elephants, lions. The most fun was to go to the local village of Samburu and talk to them and see their way of life. The guide was very good, he explained everything very easily. The lodge is also comfortable. All in all, it was a great trip to and from Nairobi. Those who want to go on safari in Kenya should definitely do this tour.Show more

  We had a great game drive experience at the Samburu National Reserve, especially the drive in the morning of the last day. We saw lions, elephants and crocodiles near the river. The cultural visit to Samburu village was the most fun part for the children. They were happy to interact with the local people and learn about their way of life and culture. Our guide was very knowledgeable and knowledgeable. He explained in detail some of the special animals of Samburu National Reserve such as Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy's Zebra and Gerenuk. The food and accommodation at Samburu Lodge was very good. The long journey from Nairobi to Samburu was a little tiring, but our guide made the journey much more enjoyable by stopping at different places from time to time.Show more
