  We had a great game drive experience at the Samburu National Reserve, especially the drive in the morning of the last day. We saw lions, elephants and crocodiles near the river. The cultural visit to Samburu village was the most fun part for the children. They were happy to interact with the local people and learn about their way of life and culture. Our guide was very knowledgeable and knowledgeable. He explained in detail some of the special animals of Samburu National Reserve such as Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy's Zebra and Gerenuk. The food and accommodation at Samburu Lodge was very good. The long journey from Nairobi to Samburu was a little tiring, but our guide made the journey much more enjoyable by stopping at different places from time to time.Show more

  This 3 Days Samburu Cultural and Wildlife Safari was a great experience for our family. Since it was a private tour, the whole time was very comfortable and there was a chance to enjoy yourself. Our guide explained everything from the beginning to the end. In addition to seeing the wildlife in Samburu, it's different to know about the local culture. The people's way of life, their stories and their environment - all together, the trip was not only a safari, but also a learning experience. The trip seemed to be suitable for people of all ages due to light walking and easy activities.Show more

  The entire trip was very well planned. Although the drive from Nairobi to Samburu was a bit long, the guide stopped in the middle of the road and gave us a chance to enjoy the scenery. The Safarijeep was comfortable enough, and the large windows made it easy to take pictures. Every morning and afternoon game drive has been done, so that different animals can be seen at different times of the day. On the morning of the second day, we saw the lions lying in the shade of the trees in complete silence. I even saw some strange birds whose names I hadn't heard before. At the end of the whole trip, I felt that Samburu is really a hidden gem of Kenya, and I would never have understood it without this tour.Show more

  Our visit to Samburu was a unique experience. As we left the hustle and bustle of the city for northern Kenya, the scene changed. Although the roads were a bit rough, the guide was driving with great care. The famous reticulated giraffe was the first thing I saw when I arrived at the Samburu Reserve! Their design is very different. Then I saw the long-necked gerenuk walk right past our car. The most exciting was the Ewaso Nyiro River. There I saw huge crocodiles sleeping together. It was certainly a great opportunity to see nature up close outside the city.Show more

On the first day itself, we saw some unique animals that are not usually seen in other parks. On the second day we spent time with the local tribes - the guide, George, knew their language, so connections were easily made. All the arrangements, food, and service were perfect.Show more

  I took part in a 3-day Samburu Safari with Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris, and honestly, the experience was beyond our expectations. Our guide was very experienced and very well explained about the animals and the environment. We felt safe, comfortable, and well-organized throughout the trip. The Samburu region was quite different—much less crowded, more wild, and with a quietness of nature. It is a unique experience to get a chance to see special wildlife such as the reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, and Grevy's zebra. It was really fascinating to see crocodiles along the Ewaso Nyiro River and enjoy the sunset in that environment. I must say, if you want to taste the lesser-known but extremely rich nature and wildlife of Northern Kenya, then this 3-day Samburu Safari will be an excellent choice for you...Show more

But what was even more fascinating was to see and experience from close quarters the lifestyle and traditions of the Samburu people. On the last day, the experience of boating in the calm waters of Lake Naivasha, Jalahasti, and watching different species of birds made the tour more attractive.
