Arrival in Tokyo
You'll touch down in Tokyo and your driver will be waiting at the airport to take you to your hotel. After the transfer, you'll have time to settle in, rest up, and get ready for the week ahead.

Tokyo
Start your Tokyo cultural tour at Meiji Jingu Shrine, a quiet Shinto space surrounded by forest. From there, head to the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace to see the imperial grounds, then stop by Senso-ji Temple, an important historic shrine. Later in the afternoon, walk along Nakamise-Dori, a 250-meter shopping street lined with traditional shops and local food stalls where you can grab snacks or souvenirs.

- Day 3
Tokyo to Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchiko
You'll travel about 130 km southwest to Kawaguchiko for views of Mt. Fuji. Check out the small village of Oshino Hakkai with its clear ponds fed by Mt. Fuji's spring water, then go to Arakurayama Sengen Shrine to see the Chureito Pagoda with Mt. Fuji in the background. Choose either a boat ride on Lake Kawaguchiko or the Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway for your afternoon activity. After that, return to Tokyo by evening.

Tokyo to Kyoto
This morning is yours to explore Tokyo however you'd like. Later, head to Odawara Station and board the Shinkansen bullet train for about 2 hours to Kyoto. Once you arrive, you'll make your own way to the hotel, then have the rest of the day free to walk around Kyoto's old streets, see temples, or try some local food.

- Day 5
Kyoto
Today you'll tour Kyoto with a guide who knows the city well. Start at Kinkaku-ji Temple with its gold leaf exterior and reflecting pond, then move on to Nijo Castle, which was the home of the first shogun and has detailed architecture. You'll see Fushimi Inari Shrine with its many vermilion torii gates climbing up Mount Inari. End the day in Gion, Kyoto's traditional entertainment area where you might spot geishas dressed in formal attire.

The Arashiyama Bamboo Forest is peaceful if you want nature, the Philosopher's Path is nice for a long walk, or you can check out local markets and tea shops. There's plenty to do depending on what interests you most.

Kyoto to Osaka
Spend your morning in Kyoto at your own pace. After lunch, head to the train station and take a short Shinkansen ride to Osaka. You'll arrange your own transfer to the hotel once you arrive, then have the rest of the day open to do what you'd like.

Next, take the elevator up Umeda Sky Building to the Aerial Garden Observatory for views over the city. Stop at Shitenno-ji Temple, one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Japan. Your guide and local transportation make getting around straightforward and manageable.
