Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Venice
You'll arrive in Venice and get transferred to your hotel in the Mestre area. After you settle in, the rest of the day is free to relax and get oriented.
- Day 2
Venice to Bled
Meet your tour leader at the hotel and join a guided tour of Venice with an English-speaking guide. From there, you'll board an air-conditioned coach heading into Slovenia. By afternoon you'll reach Bled, a small town surrounded by mountains and lakes.

Bled and Lake Bohinj
This morning you'll take a boat ride on Lake Bled, passing the church-topped islet and the clifftop castle that overlooks the water. Later in the day you'll head to Lake Bohinj, which is quieter and less crowded, perfect for photos and walking around the area.

Lake Wörth and Klagenfurt
You'll travel through the Alps into Austria to see Lake Worth, a popular summer destination. In Klagenfurt, check out the Renaissance town square with its famous fountain. After lunch by the lake, you'll return to Bled for a relaxed afternoon and evening.

- Day 5
Postojna Caves and Rovinj
Head south to the Postojna Caves, an underground system that stretches over 24km with unusual rock formations and rare salamanders. Then visit Predjama Castle, built into a cliff face over 700 years ago. By evening you'll arrive in Rovinj, a coastal town in Croatia.

- Day 6
Rovinj, Livade, and Pula
Spend time walking through Rovinj's narrow streets and galleries along the coast. You'll taste local truffles in Livade and try craft olive oils from regional producers. Later you'll head to Pula to see a well-preserved Roman amphitheater, then return to Rovinj for the night.

Opatija and Plitvice Lakes
Travel to Opatija, a seaside resort where Austro-Hungarian nobility once stayed in grand villas. Stop in Fuzine for lunch overlooking limestone caves and a lake, then continue to Plitvice Lakes where you'll spend the night.

Plitvice Lakes and Split
Explore Plitvice Lakes National Park on a boat tour, where you'll see hundreds of waterfalls connecting a series of lakes surrounded by forests. Later you'll head to Split for an evening walk through the town center, seeing Diocletian's Palace and the cathedral from the 4th century.
