  I'm curious if the accommodation for this tour has a sauna or what is meant by wellness?

    The hotel has sauna and jacuzzi, which you can use while staying in the hotel, however it is not included and extra payment for using is needed. For up to 4 people for an hour it costed 30 EUR this year. However during the tour a visit of local thermal pools is included on Day 3 after the hike.

    If I can convince two friends to join, would the trip be able to happen? As for the meals, do we basically just go local restaurants and take care of our own bill?

    To run a trip we need at least 4 participants and 30 days before departure we decide whether we are going to run it or not. If there will be 3 of you, I don't think we will find 4th person until 26th December. Therefore I recommended you to rather join an existing guaranteed departure. Breakfasts and dinners are included and for lunch we stop in different mountain huts, where you can order from the menu. Lunches are not included, so yes, you take care of the bill.

    there is not currently, but we may add one more departure if interested. 23rd March would not work for you? Does is has to be after 24th March? Because we can add either 23rd March or Thursday 28th March.

    What is the minimum number of people needed to organise this trek? Can be done if there are just two of us? How much will be the costs?

    The minimum number to run the trip is 4. The private tour would cost 920 EUR/person if there are 2 participants.

    What if we confirm our availability i.e 2 persons and later, you don't find other 2 persons what will happen ? You will cancel the trip or what step will be taken in that scenario?

    if we add another departure and it won't be private just for 2 of you, I will take the risk and make the trip guaranteed. That means that we will run the trip just for 2 of you even if no one else signs up. But hopefully we will find more people.

    You will stay for all 3 nights in just 1 accommodation, so there is no need of transferring the luggage. You just need a smaller backpack for day hikes.

  Is there any flexibility regarding the location of the start and end? We were considering coming in from Vienna, but understand if this is not possible

    Unfortunately I can't offer any flexibility as Krakow is pretty far away from Slovakia and we organize just a group transfer. It is not a private transfer, which could be more flexible. But from Vienna, you can travel to the hotel with trains to Poprad and then from Poprad to the hotel by taxi, which should cost about 15 EUR/car.
