Itinerary
- Day 1
Barcelona to Girona
You'll arrive in Girona and head to the Eat Sleep Cycle hub where the team gets you set up. They'll brief you on the week, sort out your bike, and then everyone rolls out together for an easy warm-up ride to get comfortable. Both skill levels start as one group, though you'll split into different routes later in the week. The day wraps up with dinner at the cafe.

Girona
After breakfast at your hotel, the whole group rides north toward Banyoles Lake through rolling countryside. You'll stop for coffee right by the water before heading back to Girona for lunch. By evening, you'll head out to a local Catalan restaurant for dinner with the group.

Girona
Today the routes split. The longer group heads to Sant Hilari Sacalm for roughly a 25 km climb at 2.6% average gradient, which is steady and manageable. Once everyone's back in Girona, you'll have the afternoon and evening free to explore the city on your own. Pick whatever restaurant appeals to you for dinner.

Landmarks Sant Hilari Sacalm - Day 4
Girona
You'll start with the classic Els Angels climb in Girona, then the group splits after that. One group loops back on the flats while the other takes on the Hincapie Loop with an additional climb. There's an optional talk on physiotherapy for cyclists in the evening if you're interested, followed by paella night with everyone.

Landmarks Els Angels - Day 5
Girona to Costa Brava
The whole group rides out to the Costa Brava coastline for a scenic day. You'll have lunch together at the beach in Tossa de Mar. From there, the easier group gets transported back to the city while the stronger riders complete the full loop back, which includes another 12 km climb. Everyone meets up for a final group meal at the Eat Sleep Cycle Cafe.

Girona to Barcelona
Start with a final buffet breakfast at the hotel, then the group transfer to Barcelona Airport leaves at 10 am. This timing works well if your flight departs after 2 pm.
