In 2024, Passover and Easter holidays are later in April, from the 22nd. so you can plan your trip in the early April - first or second weeks to avoid the holidays. All of the three guides we had, Rom for day one, Yoel for days 2-4 and Hezi for day 5 were very caring. My wife and I are a couple in our late 70s and all three were very helpful, looking out for our safety throughout all of the tours.
