Paris to Honfleur
After having breakfast, you'll head out of Paris in a minicoach, taking in sights like the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe along the way. Your first stop is Giverny, where you can walk through Claude Monet's house and gardens. From there, continue to Honfleur, a medieval port town with colorful half-timbered houses and narrow cobblestone streets. You'll be staying here for the next two nights, so after getting settled, join everyone for dinner together in the evening.

Honfleur
Your Tour Leader takes you on a walk around Honfleur, showing you the busy market and the 17th-century sailboat-lined harbor. You'll have free time for lunch and fresh seafood like sole meunière. In the afternoon, the minicoach takes you along the Route du Cidre in Normandy to visit a local calvados producer where you can sample ciders and calvados. Back in Honfleur, you can relax by the hotel pool, head up to Panorama du Mont-Joli for views of the town, or find a restaurant for dinner.

Honfleur to Normandy Beaches - Bayeux - Arromanches-les-Bains
Travel to the Normandy coast and explore the D-Day landing sites. Start at the American Cemetery and Memorial at Colleville-sur-Mer, which overlooks Omaha Beach and offers perspective on the historical significance of the area. Next, stop at the Memorial Museum of the Battle of Normandy in Bayeux to learn more details about what happened here. By evening, you'll head to Arromanches-les-Bains where you'll spend the night.

Arromanches-les-Bains to Dinan
The minicoach takes you to Mont Saint-Michel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you'll cross the walkway and wander through the island village. You'll make your way up to the Abbey along the main street past medieval buildings and crepe stands, then visit the North Tower for views across the bay. You also stop in Dol-de-Bretagne to see the Menhir de Champ-Dolent, a Neolithic stone. The day ends in Dinan with included dinner at a traditional Breton crêperie serving both savory and sweet buckwheat crepes.

Dinan
Spend the entire day exploring Dinan at your own pace. Walk the ancient ramparts, check out the timber-framed houses, and stroll along the quay. You can browse the quirky shops and galleries, wander through artisan workshops, or visit the Basilica of Saint-Sauveur if you're interested in its beautiful stained-glass windows.

Dinan to Chinon
You board the minicoach toward the Loire Valley with its castles, vineyards, and orchards. In Angers, you'll explore the imposing 9th-century castle with its towers and herb gardens. Don't miss the Apocalypse Tapestry, one of the oldest medieval tapestries commissioned by Louis I. Later you head to Chinon for a group dinner at a local restaurant.

- Day 8
Chinon
You visit Château de Villandry, one of the last châteaux built during the Renaissance, known for its carefully maintained gardens and architecture. Inside you'll see intricate frescoes and wooden paneling, and from upstairs windows you can see the formal garden layouts below. You'll walk through various gardens with different colors and textures. On the way back to Chinon, there's a wine tasting at a local winery with 12th-century cellars, where you can try Loire Valley whites like Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc.

Chinon to Montlouis-sur-Loire
After breakfast with croissants and fresh orange juice, you head to Château de Chenonceau, built in the early 1500s with a five-arched bridge spanning the River Cher. You'll explore the limestone kitchens with wooden beams, the Grand Gallery with its chessboard floor, and the gardens with tulips and water features. A brief stop in Amboise follows, where Leonardo da Vinci spent his final years. You then head to your château accommodation for the night and enjoy a final group dinner together.

Montlouis-sur-Loire to Paris
You arrive in the medieval city of Chartres and visit the cathedral, considered one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture in France with its tall spires and ornate 13th-century stained-glass windows. A local guide leads you through the visit. Afterward, you travel back to Paris, leaving France with memories of the charming places you've seen and experienced.
