The tour was not what I expected. When I booked we were supposed to have an English speaking guide. There was no guide. It was self guided. The shuttle bus to Sommaroy was delayed 2 hours. No information was given, waited 2 hours in the cold at Tromsø. There was no information about what to do with your luggage when you had to check out of the hotel on the 1st day. I had a voucher for a bus to the reindeers, no information on who I was travelling with. There were 4 buses at the departure point. I was very worried about which bus. 2 buses went to the reindeer. Very stressful. No guide at Sommaroy to tell you were to walk. When we left Sommaroy and arrived back in Tromso we couldn't book into our hotel room till 3pm. A long wait. Very disappointed in this tour after such a fantastic one last year in Finland.Show more

Very disappointing that we could not sight the Northern lights due to storm as forecasted. 2 pickup and drop from airport was horrible. Waited in freezing temperature no one turned up. Tried calling but no response. Finally I have to make my own arrangements with the same taxi company.
