  We were very happy with our trip. Overall the pricing was very reasonable. We had one small problem with a driver being late to the airport, and your team was very quick to respond and help us with the situation. Overall the travel itinerary was great, but I would suggest a slightly later in the day flight from Paris to Rom - for a two hour flight we had to eave or hotel at 2;10AM which really is not a pleasant situation and we would have been happier to get into Rome a few hours later that day.Show more

  This trip was really amazing. We were worried about the transportation between the hotels and airport but everything was so fantastically well organized. Our driver from the Paris location Clair was so helpful. She made such an effort to reach us and to find us we were thankful to be located by her. Clair was also picking us up to the airport at 3 am. What a wonderful service! Also it was easy in Italy when the driver already was waiting with the sign. The hotel also informed us about the pick up for the flight back. The hotels we stayed were really nice and location however far from the downtown but we didn’t mind. In Polonia Hotel in Paris we really appreciated friendly and kind reception stuff. Hotel newly renovated and location close to metro station. In Italy the hotel was also nice but if they could upgrade one thing it would be the outlet to charge the phone. Unfortunately there was only one outlet in our room. All rooms were clean and we had new towels every day. We are already recommending Wingbuddy to all our friends because we had wonderful experience.Show more

  I AM FILING A SMALL CLAIMS ACTION; AND PUTTING MY REVIEW ON YELP AND ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS that: Tourradar and Wingbuddy refused to change my booking when I accidentally booked 3 rooms for 3 people (instead of 2 rooms for 3 - me, my daughter and granddaughter) I contacted Tourradar as soon as I received the email confirmation of my booking when I discovered 3 rooms were booked instead of 2. I was traveling with my daughter and granddaughter. I booked on line after chatting on the website and thought I was booking 2 rooms for 3 people; one of which was my granddaughter. who cannot stay in a hotel room by herself let alone in a foreigh country. I sent several messages, e-mailed and asked for a representative to call; and pleaded for them to change my reservation because one of the travelers was my granddaughter and we could not have her stay in her own room. Tourradar would not modify the reservation (even though the website says the bookings can be modified) and the only choice I was given was to cancel the reservation and forfeit the deposit which was ($1700 +/1)!!!! They refused to do anything. NOTE BOTH HOTELS HAD A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Since I was "stuck" with the reservation I then requested that we have at least 2 adjoining of the 3 rooms. They confirmed more than once that the request was submitted. The first hotel was in Paris - they said they did not receive the request for adjoining rooms. My daughter was on the first floor next to an elevator; the 2nd room (supposed to be for my granddaughter) was on the other side of the building; with the elevator, a starway and a fire escape stairway between the 2 rooms. I was on the third floor. The Rome hotel was in a terrible neighborhood. abandoned area; grafitti and garbage everywhere THE ROOMS AT BOTH HOTELS HAD FULL OR QUEEN BEDS (tour radar said single beds only) So my granddaughter slept in the room with me and I paid for an empty room at both hotels. This was a once in a lifetime vacation for my granddaughter's graduation that was tarnished and I will do everything possible to stop people from booking through Tourradar/Wingbuddy.   Booked a trip to Paris and France. Started with the driver dropping me off at the wrong hotel, called the emergency number and was told “ I have no available drivers for you” ( keep in mind I am in a foreign country in which I do not speak any of their language with my daughter) so finally after tears and hours I get a taxi in which I paid (suppose to be covered in the thousands I paid for this trip) AND then I was told they made a mistake and my trip is to end 6/20 not the 6/21 as was advertised and I need to find and pay for my hotel for the 20th.in which I did but am disgusted I had to do this due to THEIR mistake and then no driver picked me up from my hotel to bring me to airport. In which cost me 75.00 and almost missing my flight! Not only did I put hundreds into things that were suppose to be included, a fun trip with my daughter turned out to be very stressful. DO NOT RECOMMEND!Show more

  I will say what this package offers was ok. I had to ask for when the transportation was coming so not sure if they would have ever told us or not. The hotels were definitely not 4 stars. This is something they really should update. In Paris - the location was good and near the metro but the rooms were tiny. In Rome the location was horrible and so far away from anything we tried the bus and it was an hour trip just to get to the city center. So we had to taxi everywhere which got pricy. Overall our trip was great but mainly because of what we did. Nothing this tour did.Show more
