A brilliant full on tour of historic Cairo. The accommodation wasn't five star but all the staff there couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast on the roof with a stunning view of the pyramids was an experience to remember. The tours were well organised and the Marko Egypt Manager Ali couldn't do enough to help, on call at all times and even arranging extra tours at 11pm at night for us. Esraa our guide was brilliant, so friendly and knowledgeable (I promise to keep our secrets Esraa) and her English was impeccable. There was just so much to cram in such a short time. The GEM tour alone with her was a once in a lifetime experience. Karim our driver (come font of all local knowledge Cairo) was fantastic, a friend for when we go back. The extra tour of Manshiyat Nasser and the Church of Saint Karas with him was an experience that will stay with me for life, for so many reasons. All in all a brilliant trip and we cannot recommend Marco Tours highly enough.Show more

I recently completed a tour with Marko Egypt Tours, and it was a genuinely well-organized and memorable experience from start to finish. The tour manager, Ali, stood out immediately. He was consistently responsive, handled every question without delay, and made sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell when someone actually cares about doing their job properly, and he does. The thoughtful gift he gave us was a nice touch and showed attention to detail that most tour operators don’t bother with. The hotel selection was another highlight. The pyramid view was incredible—during the day it’s impressive, but at night, when the lights hit the pyramids, it’s on a completely different level. That alone made the stay worth it. Ahmed, the driver, was reliable and helpful throughout, which matters more than people realize when you're moving between multiple locations. Everything felt safe and efficient. Our guide, Abla, was extremely knowledgeable and played a big role in elevating the experience. She didn’t just go through the motions—she actually explained the history, context, and significance behind what we were seeing. She also made sure we were comfortable and taken care of at every step, and brought us to some genuinely worthwhile places instead of the usual rushed tourist stops. Overall, the tour was well planned, well executed, and delivered exactly what it promised. If you're considering booking, this is a company you can trust.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Marko Egypt Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
