Scottsdale
Start your Arizona journey in Old Scottsdale, where you'll walk through the downtown area lined with retro wooden buildings and rodeo-inspired artwork. The local shops and galleries reflect classic Southwestern character throughout. After you've had time to check things out, join your group for a welcome dinner with fellow travelers this evening.

- Day 2
Sedona to Grand Canyon
Travel through Red Rock Country via the scenic Red Rock Scenic Byway, one of only 20 All-American Roads. From there, you'll reach Sedona's bohemian downtown and browse through shops and galleries. The route then takes you through Oak Creek Canyon and Coconino National Forest on your way to the Grand Canyon's South Rim. Once you arrive, meet Canyon Tim, a local expert who'll walk you through the canyon's five-million-year-old geology and explain the rock formations, flora, and fauna you see.

- Day 3
Grand Canyon to Monument Valley to Lake Powell
If you're up for it, catch the sunrise over the Grand Canyon. Later, drive along the South Rim Desert View Drive and stop at Desert View Point to see Mary Colter's historic Watchtower and views looking out toward the Colorado River and Painted Desert. You'll then visit the Cameron Trading Post before heading to Monument Valley Tribal Park for an off-road vehicle tour with Navajo guides. A Navajo cookout lunch happens during this exploration. From there, you'll travel to your resort on Lake Powell.

Lake Powell
This day is flexible and yours to spend how you like. Relax at the resort pool with Lake Powell views, or if you'd rather do something, optional activities are available. By evening, head to Red Heritage, a Navajo-owned performing arts theatre. You'll have dinner and drinks while watching tribal members perform, including powwow dance, traditional flute playing, and live drum music.

Bryce Canyon
Travel across a wide landscape of colorful sandstone cliffs and sagebrush-covered flats, with high ridges featuring pinon pine and juniper trees. Scenic Highway 89 through Bryce Canyon Country is recognized by National Geographic as the No. 1 Drivers' Drive in the world. You'll see red rock hoodoos and pink cliffs along the route. Take a leisurely walk from Sunset Point to Sunrise Point with stops at scenic viewpoints for photos and to soak in the views.

Then you get to choose what comes next, either joining a guided hike up to the Emerald Pools or taking a more relaxed self-guided walk along the Virgin River where you can watch for wildlife.
