Itinerary
- Day 1
Strasbourg
You'll arrive in Strasbourg and get settled into your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to wander around the city at whatever pace feels right. This gives you a chance to get your bearings, maybe grab dinner somewhere local, and start getting a feel for the area before the cycling begins tomorrow.

- Day 2
Strasbourg to Obernai or Barr
Today you'll cycle along the Canal de la Bruche heading out from Strasbourg. The route takes you through vineyards along the wine route, and you'll end up in either Obernai or Barr depending on which destination you choose. Both are charming wine towns, so either way you'll have time to explore and maybe sample some local wines before dinner.

Landmarks Canal de la Bruche Obernai Barr - Day 3
Obernai or Barr to Riquewihr or Kaysersberg
This is a longer cycling day through some of Alsace's most notable wine villages. You'll pass through Mittelbergheim, Andlau, Itterswiller, Dambach la Ville, and Ribeauvillé. Your final destination is either Riquewihr or Kaysersberg, both with plenty of character. Kaysersberg has the added history of being Albert Schweitzer's birthplace if that interests you.

Riquewihr or Kaysersberg to Colmar
More cycling through Alsace wine country today, stopping through Turckheim and Eguisheim. By early afternoon you'll roll into Colmar, which gives you the rest of the day to recover from your rides and explore this larger city before your final day activities.

- Day 5
Colmar to Strasbourg
Start your morning with a guided tour covering Colmar's museums, cathedral, and the charming Little Venice area. After that, you have flexibility for your return to Strasbourg. You can take the train directly, cycle to Sélestat first, train to Erstein and cycle the last 25 km, or bike all the way back. You'll need to collect your luggage and head out between 4 and 6 pm depending on your chosen route.
