The Bhutan visa cost is included in the cost of the tour, and yes we assist you with the letter of invitation and the visa for Bhutan. You need to submit the form for the letter of invitation to us 35-60 days before your entry into Bhutan. We will then arrange the Bhutanese visa for you. We are not able to assist you with flights to Bhutan, and these must be booked independently.

Could you please advise of distances hiked each day and difficulty rating.

The tour is rated 4 - Demanding (4 on a scale of 5). Included activities are generally several hours of physical activity most days. Travellers who are in average shape should be able to manage. Some high-altitude hikes or more strenuous activities, but accessible to most healthy travellers. Training is recommended if travellers are not already active.

We have just spoken to people who have done this trip and they said that the Visas and the amount paid to the Bhutanese government (SDF) each day is covered. Is this correct?

We are currently on a tour with G in Uzbekistan so don't always have access to the internet. I still need to know if the sustainable development fee (SDF) and Visa cost are covered in the price of the tour.

What is the minimum altitude and maximum altitude during this whole 12 days tour? Do we need to bring altitude sickness prevention medicine? During the hikes - do we need poles and water proof hiking shoes?

Is it possible to cover a section by vehicle if someone in the group is not able to trek/hike one day?

Yesterday evening I was dealing with Reon as I wanted to book the Highlights of the Trans Buthan Trail of the 15th October till the 26th October as there was 1place left. I asked him how much it will be with the single supplement and the discount of €148.78 as I have booked previously with you but I did not receive any reply.   What other dates would you offer at the same price? The tour was put on sale for these dates at a great discount that I wanted to take advantage of. If it's logistically not possible to book it so close to departure I wander why would G Adventures even put it on sale at this time.
