Why is the November tour is more expensive than December tour?

The December dates are more expensive, however some of them are part of our August Sale so have a discount.

are markets available in november? is there pickup from the hotel included? are the hotels far away from the city center in case i want to go out for dinner

Generally, if a tour departure date is open for a festive market itinerary like this one, then it is safe to presume that the markets are available during the tour timing. We do not have the option to pre-book an airport arrival pick up through us. From my search of the hotels listed from the Full Itinerary webpage, the hotels to city centre distances range from a 15-30 min walk (60 min for the Berlin address).

Cancellation policy details for monthly payments

Terms and conditions for cancellations on bookings: Up to 30th day prior to departure: Your 20% non-refundable deposit is saved on your file as Lifetime Deposit towards a future tour. From 29th day to 3rd day prior to departure: 70% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 50% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime deposit. From 2nd day prior to departure up to departure day or in case of no show: 95% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 75% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime Deposit. Any funds lost in the process of cancellation has to be claimed back from their travel insurance directly.

Can you confirm transport services from the airport?

We do not offer transfer services for this trip. You can check with our transport partners for pricing.

I see people complaining about lack of seating and pulling suitcases for a long time. I have arthritis and cannot do this? Has this been resolved?

We do advise travellers they need to carry their own baggage and sometimes from 10-20 minutes. This is a requirement for all of our trips.

Is there an age limit for the tour?

Yes, there was initially a misunderstanding about the age limit. However, the correct information is that there is no age limit for those over 18 years old. The previous age limit discussed was a mistake.

I am looking at Christmas in Central Europe, Vienna to Berlin, departing 15 December for my client. They are a family of 3 adults and would like shared accommodation together - is this possible?

Rooms will be twin share on this tour, we can only offer triple rooms if one of the travellers is under the age of 18 years old. If three are travelling and are all over the age of 18, two would share a room and the other individual would share with another solo traveller, or can opt for a single supplement.

Is there accommodation available before or after the tour?

Very impersonal…no name tags, maps or supportive info. The size of the group was fine. Things noted in promotion like assistance with early stay, traveling by private car( when it was by bus), or airport pick up was not offered even tho it was listed as a service. The hotels were fine and in OK locations. G adventure and guide Izzy was helpful. While dinners were not covered going out as a group happened with long delays due to individually paying etc. The train ride was very long5 hrs. Thank goodness we booked extra days prior to the tours start and following so we could have a pace that was enjoyable. We did enjoy the people we traveled with…. Thank you!Show more

Carrying and pulling bags in Munich over slippery roads and gutters not acceptable to hotel location. Communication from guide,could have been better. Not at all suitable for unfit or elderly people in my opinion. This 7 day tour problem, was definitely the hotel locations,not worth the amt paid . Would not consider another tour.
