      Your trip is scheduled to start with a complimentary group transfer from Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) at 3:45 PM, in front of the Relay Shop. Please provide your flight details no later than 14 days prior to the start of your trip. You can also check the Joining Point Hotel in the Essential Trip Information for full details.

      It's very important that you attend the welcome meeting, as we will be collecting insurance and emergency contact details at this time. If you expect to be late, please let your travel agent or the hotel reception know. You can also ask reception or look for a note in the lobby for information on where the meeting will take place.

      I know this specific tour will use guest houses. However, they will be booked and confirmed closer to the departure date. The way the hikes usually work is that the accommodation would be your base. This is where you would start and end the hikes. This means that you would be in the same hotel for the duration of the tour. We do have a similar tour that would include a 3* hotel.
