Yes its an escorted tour with a tour guide who will also be driving you around. The vehicles are comfortable and have air condition. The vehicle type is determined closer to your trip date but its usually also comfortable for older persons.

We like this tour itinerary and the 4* accomodation that you promise - for the most part. We dont want to spend so many days in Slovenia - max 2 days. Is there an option for us to end this tour in Zagreb and skip the Slovenia portion for a lower price? Or, do you have an alternate tour that covers similar locations in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro?

We can make amendments to your tour but it will have to be a private tour which in the end will be more costly. Another option would be for you to switch to the Great Balkan experience tour which does not include Slovenia but as a private tour. The great balkan experience private option is 14.200 euros for 2 people as a private tour. Her warmth, patience, and flexibility made every day feel effortless, even as we covered a remarkable range of landscapes and experiences: the wine traditions of Maribor and Ptuj, the dramatic underworld of Postojna Cave, the seaside charm of Piran and Koper, the majesty of the Soča Valley, and the Alpine beauty of Bled and Bohinj. What set Alenka apart was her ability to bring Slovenia to life through personal stories—childhood memories, family traditions, and insights into everyday Slovenian life.   We want ideally 2 nights in at least 50% of the hotels, and fewer long bus rides. We need to do a shorter distance, and concentrate on fewer places.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with PALMA DMC & TO. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and PALMA DMC & TO will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
