Hi Carmen, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the tour, destinations, guide and driver. We sincerely regret that the accommodation arrangements, particularly in Split, did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected last-minute change beyond our control, we were unable to accommodate you at the originally planned hotel. We understand that the alternative location was not in line with the experience you had anticipated, and we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We did our best to address the situation during the tour and offered an upgrade in Dubrovnik to sea-view rooms as a gesture of goodwill. We are sorry that this did not fully make up for your disappointment. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration when reviewing our arrangements for future departures. Best regards, Kristina Palma Travel DMC

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are very pleased to hear that, overall, you had a nice experience and especially enjoyed the cruise. We sincerely apologize that the transfer from Slovenia to Croatia was uncomfortable. We understand that a longer journey can be tiring, and we are sorry that the vehicle provided did not offer the level of comfort and space you expected. Your comments regarding the vehicle will certainly be taken into consideration when planning future departures. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the first hotel in Croatia. We are continuously reviewing our accommodation partners and will take your comments into account when evaluating our hotel selection. Regarding the cruise, we are glad you enjoyed it. Your suggestion about offering light snacks between meals is also appreciated and will be shared with our team for consideration. Thank you again for your honest feedback. Comments such as yours help us identify areas where we can improve and provide an even better experience for our future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again on one of our tours.
