Regarding the amount of free time, our itineraries are designed to provide a balance between guided sightseeing and independent exploration, allowing guests to discover destinations at their own pace. We understand that preferences vary, and we appreciate your comments. We also regret that some of the included lunches were served later than expected. Due to the nature of the itinerary, traffic conditions and sightseeing schedules, meal times can occasionally be adjusted. Nevertheless, your feedback regarding both the timing and quality of the meals has been noted and will be reviewed with our partners. As for photo opportunities, the tour included a number of scenic stops and sightseeing visits, but we appreciate your suggestion regarding additional dedicated photo stops and will take it into consideration for future departures. Regarding the farewell dinner, we would like to clarify that the tour guide and driver did not leave the tour prematurely. They returned to Slovenia one day before the official end of the program, as they had a long journey back home. The final day of the itinerary was designed as a leisure day, with no scheduled guiding services or transportation included, allowing guests to enjoy the destination independently. However, we understand that their absence at the farewell dinner may have been disappointing, and we are sorry that this affected your overall experience. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
