At the lodge there is always a purified water container that you can refill any time for free. We don't have luggage restrictions but recommend traveling light. If you have a big bag, it's not a problem to take it to the lodge. We use Coca Airport for internal flights, which is USD 130 extra. As a solo traveler, the tour price in a single room is USD 1750.

We can arrange flights but preferable is fly to Coca instead of Lago Agrio. The round trip air ticket to Coca & Quito is usd 260 per person + the extra transfer from Coca Airport to Tierras Orientales (usd 100 total)

We have been looking at different trips in Ecuador. One of the things in your tour is we do some canoeing, can you tell me approximately how long my friend and I would be paddling?

Normally in this program we have 2 cannoing activities to see night wildlife (caymans , night birds ,pink dolphins, etc.) The time normally is couple of hours each time. The greatest part of our program is that the lodge is the far away almost at the end of Cuyabeno Reserve , so chances to see a lot of wildlife are very big.

I am a very active and fit 73 year old male. I was on top of 19,341' Mount Kilimanjaro 2 years ago. Your internet listing states up to age 65. It that a true limit or would you consider me as a client?

On Sept 4 we will pick up you at 2 am at your hotel in Quito for 7 hours drive to Lago Agrio. Day 6 is 11 hours in the public bus to Quito.

I will be volunteering at a sanctuary south of the country for at least 6 weeks. I won't know the exact date I will be out of the sanctuary. Does this tour absolutely leave Quito every day? Where does it leave from? Is scheduling online the only way or is there someplace in Quito where I can book it on the day of or the day before a trip starts?

The activities were well planned out, the accommodation extremely comfortable, we particularly liked the lagoon in front of the lodge Our tour guide was highly organized and we all knew everything we needed to the day before it was required, communication was clear and detailed. He even gave us great tips of where to buy a pair of binoculars in Lago Agrio, which was appreciated. There was plenty of delicious food, we never went hungry.   No mention of a cost to transfer from Tierras Orientales to Coca Airport on our way back to Quito, OR is this included in the $100 Transfer fee. Not sure if this is a transfer fee for both ways. Also, how long is the transfer from Coca Airport to Tierras Orientales. Will someone meet us at Tierras Orientales

  The extra for the transfers is usd 100 (you pay directly to the driver in Coca). Our Driver will pick you up in Coca Airport to drive and drop off you at Tierras Orientales, then the lodge staff will meet you to go on 3 hours canoe ride up to the lodge. On the way back same 4 hours canoe ride to Tierras Orientales then our driver will take you to Coca Airport. The Air fare to Coca now is 275 usd per person

  I'm assuming that if we are looking at wildlife the canoeing will be at a slow pace or are we canoeing at a faster pace to reach a destination?
