  I am interested in one of the 5-day Canadian Rockies tour in late June or early July. Will you be able to tell me which hotel that will be and the cost for staying at the pickup hotel for 1-2 nights prior to the trip to adjust jet lag? Will you be able to tell me with the reservation?

    If you selected the Single Room option, then the quoted price is correct. This means you will have a private room to yourself throughout the tour.

    Our first-night hotel will be confirmed approximately 3 days before departure and is typically Coast Calgary Downtown Hotel & Suites by APA or a similar hotel. If you book a pre-tour hotel through us, we will ensure that you stay at the same hotel where the tour begins. We also offer complimentary airport pickup service between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with pickups scheduled every 2 hours. Alternatively, you may arrange your own pre-tour accommodation and make your own way to the tour hotel on the departure day.

  Could you please provide specific details about the location of the hotel where we will be staying on the final day? Additionally, does this tour package include an airport transfer service early in the morning—for instance, at 5:00 AM or 7:00 AM?

    Our estimated arrival time back in Calgary is between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM, depending on traffic and weather conditions. For this reason, we generally recommend booking a return flight departing after 9:30 PM to allow sufficient time for airport check-in and any unforeseen delays.
    If you are unable to find a suitable flight departing after this time, we recommend booking a post-stay package with us. We can arrange accommodation that includes transportation to Calgary Airport, allowing you to travel more comfortably and without time pressure.

    Does this mean that your team only provides airport transfers for tourists after the conclusion of Day 5? If so, in the event that my flight departs around 8:00 AM July 6, would I be required to wait at the airport from the night of July 5th until the morning of July 6th?

    The tour ends on July 5th, and the estimated arrival time back in Calgary is between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM. We will arrange drop-off at Calgary Airport on July 5th. If your flight departs the following day, you will need to remain at the airport until your flight.
    Alternatively, you may book a post-stay accommodation with us at a hotel near Calgary Airport. This option includes airport shuttle service, and the hotel front desk will assist you in arranging the shuttle upon check-in. The rate is CAD $425 per room per night, excluding breakfast.

    Additionally, we would highly recommend you to add 4 Optional Activities in the Rockies(Banff Gondola + Columbia Icefield + Skywalk + Maligne Lake Cruise) - cad$$338.33 per person to the booking. These are some of the most iconic attractions in the Canadian Rockies, and many guests find them to be the highlights of the trip. Availability can also become limited during the peak season, so we would recommend reserving them in advance if interested.

    This tour includes Calgary airport transfers. The pickup schedule runs from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with departures every 2 hours. Additionally, the tour guide will drop you off at the airport on the last day after the tour.
    If you would like to add one night post-stay and take your flight the next day, the post-stay includes airport transfer but does not include breakfast. The rate is CAD $187 per double room per night. The hotel will also arrange a shuttle bus for you when the tour guide assists with your check-in.

    The Calgary city tour starts from a downtown Calgary hotel at 2:00 PM. If you arrive after 1:00 PM, please arrange your own transportation to the hotel to join the city tour. Alternatively, you may consider booking a flight that arrives before 12:20 PM and taking our 1:00 PM shuttle bus. Our tour guide will pick you up and arrange for you to join the city tour.

    Your husband is welcome to join the tour. During the tour, the wheelchair would need to be stored in the vehicle's luggage compartment while we are traveling between destinations. As a result, it may not always be possible to take the wheelchair out at every stop, depending on timing, space, and safety considerations.
