Hello Sir, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience on September 22, 2025. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the communication difficulties and the city tour not meeting your expectations. We also regret that you weren’t able to contact us directly on the day of the tour, we would have been happy to assist immediately and see what could be done to improve the experience in real time. Unfortunately, after the fact, there is less we can do on the spot, and we truly regret that this may have left you with an unpleasant memory. Please be assured that we take your concerns seriously. We will investigate the situation with the guide and clarify the circumstances. Our team will be reaching out to you directly to follow up and discuss the matter further. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the disappointment you felt during the tour. We would like to clarify that the tour guide assigned to your group is indeed a native English speaker. As noted on our tour page, this is a bilingual tour, and the guide provides information in both English and Chinese to accommodate all guests. The content shared in both languages is the same, and we sincerely apologize if this caused any misunderstanding or led you to feel left out during parts of the trip. It is especially unfortunate that we only became aware of your concerns through this review. Had we been informed of your discomfort during the tour, we would have been more than happy to step in and assist promptly. Regarding the tipping issue, please rest assured that if tips are prepaid or included in the package, the guide is instructed not to request any additional gratuity. However, if guests voluntarily wish to offer an extra tip as a token of appreciation, it is, of course, welcomed but never mandatory. Our company has a strict policy prohibiting tour guides from requesting tips directly from guests. Any violation of this policy could result in serious consequences, including termination. We believe there may have been a misunderstanding, as our tour guides are not allowed to request tips from guests. We trust our staff to act professionally, but we will also follow up internally to ensure everything was handled appropriately. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is important to us, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to continue improving our services.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify that some of our tour guides are native English speakers, and others have received consistently high praise from past guests for their professionalism and service. Additionally, as clearly stated on our tour page, this is a bilingual tour conducted in both English and Chinese. We understand that the bilingual nature of the tour may not be ideal for everyone, but we trust this was made clear before booking. In terms of language proficiency, we believe our guides meet the standard required for this type of tour. If the use of two languages made you feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied, we sincerely regret that. We also wish we had known about your concerns during the tour, as we would have done our best to assist and address the issue promptly. It's unfortunate that we only learned about your experience through this review. Please know that we take all feedback seriously and will share your comments with our team to further improve communication and service on future tours. Thank you again for your input.

Alternatively, you may consider booking a flight that arrives before 12:20 PM and taking our 1:00 PM shuttle bus. Our tour guide will pick you up and arrange for you to join the city tour.

Your husband is welcome to join the tour. During the tour, the wheelchair would need to be stored in the vehicle's luggage compartment while we are traveling between destinations. As a result, it may not always be possible to take the wheelchair out at every stop, depending on timing, space, and safety considerations.

    • TourlandOperatorWritten November 2025

Baggage Allowance: For our multiple-day tours, each guest is allowed one checked luggage and one carry-on. If you require an additional checked piece, it will be C$52.50 per piece for the entire trip. The size and weight limits follow the same guidelines as the airline's baggage policy. Meal Options: We can arrange vegetarian meals. However, as group meals are served as a set menu based on the restaurant's availability each day. Therefore, if you have specific dietary requirements, we do not recommend adding group meals, as we are unable to to customize meals for specific dietary requirements. Rest assured, all our stops offer easy access to a wide variety of food options, so you will have flexibility to choose based on your personal preference. Optional Tours: We highly recommend booking optional tours at the same time as your main tour booking. Some optional activities may be sold out closer to the departure date. Also, as this is a group tour, all guests are required to follow the same itinerary. Purchasing optional tours upon arrival may result in different timings, and you may not be able to rejoin the group on time.

Based on your preferred tour date, we recommend considering the 7-day departure in early June. This tour is expected to depart every Friday next year as well, since some attractions only open around late May to early June. There is also a 6-day tour available starting from late May, with departures every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. We suggest reviewing the itinerary and pricing first. Please note that prices typically increase by around 10% each year. However, if you can confirm and complete payment by August 15, 2025, we are happy to offer you this year's pricing without the increase.
