  Overall, the tour was excellent and covered all the sights mentioned, except the 15 min stop at Crowfoot Glacier didnt happen. However, it was run efficiently and well organised. Majority were Asians, but the bilingual guides were sufficiently proficient, able to manage well the different groups that joined in to fill the tour bus each day. Gratuities at CAD$15 per day can be prepaid upon booking. Hotel were good and comfortable, and close to town, making it easy to explore on our own. The 4 in 1 optional excursion package that includes Gondola, Maligne Lake Cruise,etc is highly recommended!Show more

Seatted well to the back of the bus the guide had no respect that we did not hear all that he said just couldn't care less . All he was interested in was to get his daily tip demanding $15 per person .Actually we were threatened No tip you wouldn't get the key to your hotel room . The last hotel he was very angry because I checked at the desk got my key he standing there waiting for the tip and he said I might be tomorrow or it could be someone else..we were the only speaking couple on the bus .Show more

We stayed in a nice hotel in Jasper, Chateau Jasper but its far from the downtown area, where the restaurants and shopping stores are.Show more
