Safe and experienced guide for my 4-day hike up mt. Meru Organization beforehand was good, including a packing list. My guide Frank was very friendly and he was very concerned with my well-being the whole time. He has lots of experience, hiking Meru and Kilimanjaro for 23 years. He made a good call hiking up the the summit on the same day as going up to the saddle hut because of rain at night. Another group was caught in the rain at night and had to stop. The food was also amazing, changing every day. Obviously this hike would have been impossible without the amazing work of the porters. I would consider myself lucky hiking Kilimanjaro next with Frank and his crew.Show more

- For any tour departing before July 29th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 29th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Serengeti African Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
