- Day 1
Brixen
You'll arrive at your hotel in Brixen, a charming town in South Tyrol. If you get there early enough, take a stroll through the old town to check out the arcades and the impressive cathedral. It's a nice way to get oriented after your travels.

Brixen to Alta Pusteria
Start your morning with a train transfer to Fortezza where your bike ride begins. You'll cycle through Alpine landscapes heading toward Bruneck in Val Pusteria, passing by the base of Plan de Corones mountain along the way. Stop in San Lorenzo to look at its Roman heritage, and then continue cycling to Bressanone to see the historic cathedral square before the day ends.

Brixen to Bolzano
Head out on the Isarco Valley cycle path from Brixen, cycling southward in the direction of Bolzano. You'll pass through Klausen with its narrow streets, and then arrive in Bolzano, South Tyrol's provincial capital where two cultures meet. The ride takes you through some beautiful valley scenery.

- Day 4
Bolzano
Today you'll cycle through South Tyrol's famous wine region and around Lake Caldaro. You'll ride past Sigmundskron Castle heading to Appiano, the largest wine-growing community, then continue on to Kaltern. There's the option to visit Montiggler See lake or the South Tyrolean Wine Museum before cycling back to Bolzano along the Adige cycle path.

Bolzano to Merano
You'll cycle along the Wine Road through South Tyrol's largest fruit-growing area. Pass the oldest winery in the region at Andriano, then continue through Terlan and Nals to Lana before arriving in the spa town of Merano. You can visit Trauttmansdorff Castle gardens or choose instead to cycle directly to Merano along the Adige cycle path.

- Day 6
Merano to Val Venosta
Take the Venosta Valley Railway from Merano to Malles in the morning, then spend the day cycling downhill along the Adige cycle path exploring the entire valley. You'll pass through Glorenza, the smallest town in South Tyrol, then continue through the fruit-growing area via Prad, Laas, Schlanders, and Naturns before returning to Merano.
