I am looking to plan a trip with my family of 4. we are all 21+ adults and looking for a good family trip. I wanted to check in about the hotels that are included, options to upgrade for how much, and any updates to the itinerary. We would like to do a Oct 20 start date if possible.

We can accommodate 4 people from 20 Oct 2025. The hotels & cruise we used are clearly shown in the hotel list on the packages. Is that what you're after? Also, for the available upgrades & add-on tours, can you please advise me the type of accommodation you are interested in (3, 4 or 5 star accommodaion)?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 15th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 15th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Halong Tours Booking. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
