ASI Reisen ignores general travel warning. Worried by the general travel warning from the Austrian authorities due to severe weather and avalanche warning in Berchtesgadener Land. ASI Reisen only advised us to cover the stages by bus (instead of hiking through the Alps as planned). We followed the travel warning and stayed at home, now we get no response at all to our emails asking for a refund.
