What do you mean by "active"? We are in our early 70's, but since my back surgery I walk slow and can't do more than a 2.5 mile round trip hike in flat terrain. Is this acceptable?

Thats ok, we have option to skip the strenuous hike and will suggest / replace with more easy to moderate hike. Active tour meaning each day we are doing activities and there will be some long drives on this tour about going one park to another.

What is the cancellation policy for the tour?

Cancellations made up to 60 days before the departure date are fully refunded. Cancellations made between 60 to 30 days incur a 30% fee, 30 to 7 days prior result in a 70% fee, and cancellations less than 7 days prior are not refunded.

Are the single supplement options available?

Single occupancy options are available, ensuring private accommodation throughout the tour.

How is transportation handled during the tour?

All ground transportation is provided in the tour, including SUVs or Vans, depending on the tour itinerary.

What is the best time (months) for this particular tour? I don't care to go during winter rain storms.

Yes we will try our best to have one bed while booking the logistics. This tour will be mix of Inn based hotel, motel and or lodge based on the availability, Note: there are limited option available near and around the national park. We don't offer meals, there will be breakfast at the hotel/lodge mostly continental type. For lunch and dinner we make a stop at the restaurant whatever is available nearby. Yes one of Bucket List driver / guide will be there through out the trip.

The itinerary, hikes and activities were great. The best feature of the hotel in Seattle was location. The quality of the hotels went from bad to worst. On the one we stayed the last two nights there was not even soap, we had to go and ask for it and almost beg for shampoo, they also just gave us one key for a double room, There was always a sense of improvisation and lack of communication. The guide tried his best to save the day, every day. We would arrive tired and hungry and most places were closed already. The guide on the last day went out of his way to deliver participants to their destinations, not just the airport but the train station, etc. that was greatly appreciated, his energy, enthusiasm and driving skills made of this a Good trip. There is a lot of room for improvement.Show more
