  How should I book my flight from Chicago to Wyoming? Is there anyone who would pick me up at the airport and at what time should I land?

    The adventures we offer will not include international airfare, as travellers can join the trip from many different countries. You will be responsible for booking your own flights to meet at the starting city of your adventure. Contiki does not offer airport transfer services for this tour. As such, you will need to arrange your own transportation from the airport to the tour's starting accommodation. The preferred arrival/departure airport is Jackson Hole Airport (JAC). Since the Kick Start Meeting takes place at approximately 8:00 AM on Day 1, we strongly recommend booking a pre-night accommodation to ensure you are present and ready for the start of the tour. For your departure, please ensure that you do not book any flights before 8:00 PM (20:00) on the last day of the tour.

  If the tour starts on the morning of the 25th of Sep, how can I get there on time? I will be flying from LAX, and if I choose 25 sep I won't be there on time, and if I go on 24 SEP I don't have anywhere to stay at night. Also, I wanted to know if anyone on the tour could pick me up from the airport.

    Since the tour starts in Jackson Hole approximately at 8:00 AM on the first day, we strongly recommend arriving on September 24 and booking a pre-night stay independently to ensure you're ready for the tour departure the following morning.
    
    Please note that pre-tour accommodation is not included and must be arranged on your own. In addition, airport transfers are not offered, so you'll need to make your own transportation arrangements between the airport and your accommodation, as well as to the tour departure point.

  This tour is listed as camping but reads like a hotel tour- please advise if it camping per the accommodation info listed or lodging in hotels? Online it states 2 nights camping but then lists hotel for accommodation. Which is it- camp or hotel based?

    Would we need to be there the day before the trip starts on Friday, or would we get there Friday, then start the trip later that day or Saturday? Same with departing... will it be all day Monday the last day and then fly home the next day, Tuesday?

    You'll have to be on the tour on day one since there is no compensation or refund for unused days. Additionally, the tour will start early in the morning at approximately 8:00 AM; it's recommended to book your extra night prior to the tour start. For your flight after the tour, your tour will end at approximately 17:00 (5:00 PM). It's your discretion if you wish to depart a day after your tour. Regrettably, we don't offer extra nights; therefore, you will have to arrange this on your own.

    Since the trip style is in-depth which would mean off regular routes - pretty much exploring more of the inward part of the country, more outdoorsy nature areas with beautiful lakes and hiking - medium to high level of fitness is recommended as there are lots of hiking and waking.

  We lost our vaccine cards due to moving houses. Is a negative COVID test sufficient prior to the trip. We live in the USA and we're considering booking a trip within the USA. Not out of the country.

    We are requiring travelers to be fully vaccinated in order to travel with us so we would require some kind of proof even if it was within the US. Are you able to receive a confirmation from your doctor? or another card in time for the trip?

  How early does flight need to arrive to meet up with group on July 19th? Extra for single traveler? How much are transfers to the location to start tour or are you picked up at airport? How rustic is the camping and what do you need to bring? is everything included - tent sleeping bag etc?

    This trip starts in Salt Lake City at 8:00am and ends in Salt Lake City at approximately 4:00pm. We recommend arriving in Salt Lake City the night before to ensure you are at the departure site on time. Accommodations on this trip are twin share tents with shared facilities. Single upgrades are not available. You will be picked up at 8:00am from Crystal Inn Hotel Downtown in Salt Lake City. We do not offer airport transfers for this trip. A sleeping bag is required for this trip and will not be provide, you will have to bring your own sleeping bag. I would also recommend a flashlight, backpack or duffel bag, bug repellent, etc. Tents are provided, 2 people of the same gender per tent. Facilities at the campsite will be shared (bathrooms, showers, etc.). All meals cooked by the tour guide/driver with the help of travelers.
