When will I know the exact hotel in Paris? Need to know because I'd like to book extra nights on my own

You will get a confirmation of the hotels 7 to 14 days prior to your departure in your final travel documents. If you wish to guarantee the same hotels, I would recommend to add those additional nights with us in this case.

We are interested in booking your 9 day tour to Paris and the South of France in Spring 2027. You only publish dates through October 2026. When will you have 2027 dates available?

Our production team is currently working on all 2027 dates and prices. They will be uploaded within the next couple of months. We will be uploading the 2027 prices in the Spring/ Summer of 2026 approximately.

How are the nightly accommodations determined on the tour?

Our hotels are typically 3-star rated, similar to the Best Western Ronceray or the Pin Nice Port 3* hotel.

How do flight arrangements work with the tour?

Flight arrangements are included in your tour package. Specific details are provided upon booking.

What should I consider for connecting flights?

Consider booking flights that allow for sufficient time to handle international travel procedures and any potential delays.

How is group size determined for the tour?

We don't offer guided visits to these 2 sites. The 2nd day in Paris is free for you to schedule a visit to the Louvre in the morning and to Versailles in the afternoon.

nothing booked properly, no transportation available in the airport, no hotel booking , all the information in the package was wrong, also after all the troubles, they book in very cheap hotel in danger area, no emergency number answer the call in Paris, also Wingbuddy not refund all the transportation expenses they charge in advance will all lies including the supervisors Anne in Wingbuddy, was very poor experience. we ask for credit to what we suffer as 4 old peoples travel together, no respond not recommend this agency to any body.Show more

  Generally speaking, it is not an issue confirming separate beds at the hotels in France. We will request a twin room in Paris and in Nice and you should have it. We cannot guarantee it 100% as there could be a situation outside of our control that would imply changes. This being said, it is rare and the vast majority of our reservations in twins are accommodated as such.
