Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Innsbruck

    You'll arrive in Innsbruck where you get your tour briefing and pick up your bike. The day is yours to check out two major landmarks: the Bergisel Ski Jump and the Golden Roof, both central to the city's character. After exploring these spots, head to your hotel to settle in for the night.

  2. Day 2

    Innsbruck to Strass

    Start cycling toward Wattens with the Karwendel mountains creating a nice backdrop throughout the ride. You'll pass through Hall, a historic saline town where the Mint tower stands out, and there's the option to visit Swarovski Crystal Worlds if you want. From there, follow the Inn cycle path past Schwaz (known for its silver mine history) and continue to Strass, a cycling village where you'll finish the day.

  3. Day 3

    Strass to Krimml

    Cycle the Zillertal bike path with mountain views the whole way, including peaks over 3000 metres. Ride toward Zell or push on to Mayrhofen if you're feeling it. Early afternoon, you'll take a bus transfer over Gerlospass to reach Krimml. Later, hike up a high path to see Europe's largest waterfall from a really good vantage point.

  4. Day 4

    Krimml to Kaprun

    Ride through Hohe Tauern National Park and Upper Pinzgau with snow-topped mountains visible around you. The landscape shifts between open green meadows and small villages, so there's nice variety during the ride. Stop in Kaprun to see the high mountain reservoirs before wrapping up the day.

    Kaprun to Lofer

    Take a swim in Lake Zell to refresh yourself, then cycle to Saalfelden via Maria Alm, where a famous pilgrimage church makes a good lunch spot. After eating, keep going past the Seisenbergklamm gorge and Lamprechtshöhle caves near Weißbach, finishing in Lofer.

    Cycle through the quiet Saalach valley heading toward Bad Reichenhall, where Bavarian character comes through in the architecture and atmosphere. It's a short ride from there to Salzburg, Mozart's birthplace. You'll have time in the old town to walk around and visit Mozart's birthhouse if you're interested.

    Everything was so well organised we could just relax and ride the bikes. We hired bikes and they were in great condition and gave us no problems- I would definitely recommend this holiday. The accomodation was excellent too.

    • For any tour departing before February 8th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 8th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Eurobike. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
