  Is the guided cycling included in the listed fare or is it an extra charge? If so, can you please tell me how much the charge is for the cycling. Also, one member of our party, may choose to do rides on a few of the days, not all of them. How would you charge for single day rides, if he doesn't want to ride each day?

    the guided cycling tours, as well as the full TerraNova cultural program, are included in the listed tour price. This also encompasses the use of a high-quality e-bike, while helmets can be booked separately. If a member of your party prefers not to participate in cycling on certain days, that is absolutely fine. They are more than welcome to stay on board and enjoy the comforts of the ship instead.
    We kindly ask for your understanding that, since all services are bundled and reserved as a complete experience, no partial refunds or discounts apply if individual cycling days are not utilized.

    One of the travelers is concerned about the types of roads they'll be riding on, particularly regarding riding alongside vehicles. Could you please provide more details on how the roads will look like?

    The route is very cyclist-friendly. Most of the 192 miles (309 km) are ridden on car-free cycle paths and quiet side roads with very little traffic. The routes are easy to manage and well suited for e-bike riders
    of all experience levels. 2 bike stages lead through hilly Burgundy.
    
    Near towns and cities, it is sometimes unavoidable to ride on short sections where cars are present. However, these stretches are kept to a minimum and are carefully chosen.
    
    A guide on the bike is always present during the bike-ride, monitoring the group and ensuring safety throughout the journey.
    
    Importantly, guests may join the accompanying bus at any time if they feel tired or prefer not to cycle a particular section—this flexibility offers extra comfort and peace of mind.
    
    Overall, the tour is designed to be relaxed, safe, and enjoyable.

    I had asked Tour Radar about two different trips. One of them I received a reply on right away. On the second one, it was several days before I received a reply. This was a concern to me as the response time was poor. It indicates to me that if I ran into difficulties, I couldn't count on a timely response.

    On the Amadeus Provence, all cabins feature a balcony. Prices vary depending on the deck where the cabin is located.

    Our E-bikes are regular pedal bikes with electric assistance from German brands such as Velo de Ville, Kalkhoff, and Kreidler. All E-bikes are equipped with Bosch mid-mounted motors. They are lightweight and comfortable to ride.

    A deposit of 20% per person is due upon receipt of travel confirmation. The remaining balance is due 28 days before departure.   I've been looking at your Rhone Bike and Barge Tour and am really excited about the possibility of joining. It looks like such a wonderful experience, and the combination of cycling and cruising is exactly what me and my daughter have been searching for. I noticed the tour is coming up in just over a month from 27 April to 4 May and I was wondering if there are any current offers, or last-minute specials for the remaining spots? I am coming from Australia and my daughter is living in Scotland but we will travel together to Lyon. Also, will there be English speaking guides available?

Right now all categories are still available.   Do you have photos of the boat, cabins, public rooms. The information I find on A-Rosa Stella is a large boat, not the capacity of 16 in your description.
