    Thank you for your review, we are speaking to you while we are so sad and disappointed, Because we believe that there is nothing had happened at all, you complain about something technical in the Dahabyia that not affect at all in the experience and not something we can control, & You wanted to receive your full money and cancel and we did all what you requested also you wanted us to pay for you more than half of your own private transfer to luxor while it's not something we should do also we suffered to get you the permission for the car and we did all what you wanted, while we lost a massive amount of money in full refunding you just to satisfy you yet you write for us a negative review while you didn't even do the experience or take the meals or have the guided tours to be able to really review the experience, we are so sad, we expect to be appreciated for what we did for you and even when you want your full money back we accept to full refund your money back but you wanted free things extra like paying for you more than half of luxor private transfer and even when you are in the car you told us that you only have little than half of the cost of the transfer and we accept to pay the extra for you. So sad for this experience, we hope you are well and enjoy your time. Thank you. Egyptology Travel

      We are planning a trip for 2025 late March early April, I don't see a schedule for that time when I try to book. What day of the week do you depart from Aswan?

      Unfortunately we don't have the schedule for our dahabyias in the new year 2025 yet. The dahabyias usually set the new schedules in November once it set we will open the exact dates for sailing on the calendar for tourradar.

      We highly recommend to book Nile cruise instead as it's guaranteed not like the dahabyias, sometimes the dahabyias don't sail last minute.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before May 15th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 15th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Egyptology Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Egyptology Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Egyptology Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
