On arrival, the tour guide (and sole owner) told us to find our way to the hotel on our own. He was unaware the hotel...
On arrival, the tour guide (and sole owner) told us to find our way to the hotel on our own. He was unaware the hotel he selected provided a free airport shuttle--he texted us to take an Uber. I found the free shuttle on their website, and told all the other attendees. The itinerary said we'd have a 'Welcome Dinner.' He drove us to a mall food court and left. An hour later he texted we had to find our own way back to the hotel. In a city none of us had been to. That was the welcome dinner. Every meal was awkward--two of them were at gas stations. One of the four 'free breakfast' was a granola bar. The itinerary had a day hiking at Tent Rock National Park. That park has been closed for a YEAR. Even a 30-second visit to the park's website would have revealed it.Show more

Lynette, we were a group of 15 and everyone had a great time and a trip of a lifetime. sorry it didnot met your expectation! Shuttle service at the hotel started offering recently as it was not operational due to covid, There is no welcome dinner included please check the inclusions! Dropping you at the food court is a complimentary ride, you should appreciate that!! breakfast is based on hotel policy, some offers hot breakfast and some a pack to go due to covid. We were aware of Tent tock closeure thats the reason we replaced it with Bandelier national monuments.
