This is a drive from Edinburgh to Portree (Isle of Skye) and you will pass by the castle, it won't be any stop there as there will be other activities that is on the itinerary on that day.

Why does the age range start at 8? We have a 1 year old that we want to bring with us.

Overall I'd rate the trip average to good. The Scandic Polar is in need of a serious makeover, its very dated and the rooms were very hot. I wasn't looking for a 5 star hotel, but I'd give it 2 stars. Saying its semi escorted is a joke. They organise your activities and you either get picked up and dropped off or you make your own way to the tour operators office. I could and should have just organised this tour myself instead of using Tourradar. Having said that, it didn't deter us from having fun and thats why I gave this tour an okay to good rating.Show more
