It is our intension to show our clients more various places at the amazing destinations and enrich the tours. Most of the travelers are eager to see more sightseeing spots in a guided tour to make the maximum use of their tour expense and time. Therefore, we do not suggest you join in the group tour with a little child. If you need, we would arrange the private only for your family. However, the tour price will be surely higher than that of the mini-group tour.

Yes, we can arrange the transportation from hotel to Osaka airport by shared car, the extra charge is USD130 per person.

The price is USD3970 per person with double occupancy and USD5460 with single occupancy based on the 4-star hotels. After the 20% off discount, it is USD3176 per person with double occupancy and USD4368 per person with single occupancy.

Is it doable to add a train ticket back to Tokyo from Osaka on June 20th and transfer to the airport (Haneda) for a 4:00 international flight?

Can this tour be reversed? Start in Osaka and end in Tokyo?

This tour is a mini group tour, which has the fixed schedule. So we could not do it in the reversed way. While we could arrange the private tour for you in the reversed way. However, the tour price for the private tour will be higher.

Is the tour price different for single traveler and is there flexibility in departure dates?

  This is a private tour. AUD4873 per person is based on 2 people sharing a twin room. If you take this private tour alone, single person supplement will be needed. The total price will be around AUD8000. If you can start the tour on Dec 16, we also have one group tour. You can join this one and the price is much lower.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 10th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 10th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Agate Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Agate Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Agate Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of Agate Travel. Please familiarize yourself with the Agate Travel payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
