Itinerary
- Day 1
Johannesburg to Hoedspruit
Your English-speaking driver picks you up at the hotel and drives you to Johannesburg Airport for the one-hour flight to Hoedspruit. Once you land, you'll get taken to your lodge in Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve, which includes all meals and accommodations. As evening approaches, an experienced ranger and local tracker join you for your first game drive in an open vehicle, so you can start spotting wildlife right away.

- Day 2
Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve
The safari kicks off early when animals are most active. You'll spend 2 to 3 hours on the morning game drive, then head back to the lodge for breakfast. After eating, you can either take a guided bush walk with your ranger to check out wildlife and plants up close, or stay at the lodge and relax by the pool. The afternoon brings another game drive following the same schedule as the morning, so you'll get two chances to spot animals throughout the day.

Panorama Route
After breakfast, your driver-guide picks you up to explore the Panorama Route, which winds through South Africa connecting cultural and natural sites. During the drive, you'll stop at God's Window, Lisbon Falls, Berlin Falls, The Pinnacle, Bourke's Luck Potholes, and Blyde River Canyon. You'll visit each spot and learn about what makes them special, then get driven back to your lodge by the end of the day.

Hoedspruit to Johannesburg
Start with a sunrise game drive before heading back to the lodge for breakfast. After eating, you'll be transferred to Hoedspruit Airport for your flight back to Johannesburg, which wraps up your South African safari trip.
